For the price paid, just over $100, I’d say this was good value. The suite was large enough, clean and had the usual amenities, including bath. Wouldn’t rate the breakfast too highly, the usual unhealthy spread, but when in Rome etc, just have to pick the best options. The breakfast area was insufficient to cope with the number of guests, not helped by people who had clearly finished hogging tables when they can see other guests with food and nowhere to sit. For an overnight to break up our long journey, it was good enough without being special.

This Comfort Suites is a great place to stay. Easy on/off freeway. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar very nice with large variety. The pool/hot tub area looked inviting but I didn't use it. The room was great. We had 2 Queen beds and a small couch to sit on. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Everything was great. Beds were so comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. I certainly stay there again.

Upon booking with Comfort Suites in Redland I, browsed on the net to locate the ideal venue to lodge in a limited time frame- an actual overnight stay with my family. I spoke with the front desk agent Winn prior to arrival as he assisted me accordingly and answered all my questions professionally. Coming from a hospitality background I was pleased by the professionalism and attention to detail that Winn, displayed. I highly recommend Comfort Suites in Redland whether it be an overnight stay or longer, agents like Winn relates to the guests and accomodates their needs. We stayed here in May 2019 and had an excellent stay. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, entire property was well taken care of. The staff accommodated every request we made and did it in a very friendly manner. I highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I were in the area and didn’t feel comfortable driving home and were planning to stay for the night. We made a reservation through booking.com late in the evening. Upon arrival there was no reservation listed. We asked Jim and the front desk what to do because we didn’t want to get charged by booking for canceling if the reservation isn’t listed. His response was, “That is a third party I cannot do anything about it” in a disrespectful tone. I do understand that the hotel may not be able to cancel the reservation because it’s an outside organization and was not listed. However, we asked again if this had maybe happened before and what we should do to get it resolved. He rudely proceeded with, “Again, that’s not the hotel I can’t help you”. So I calmly responded with, “So there is nothing you can do to help us?” He again with plenty of attitude, “Ma’am I already said..” so I interrupted him because I was tired of the attitude and said, “So the answer to my question is no, correct?” He looked and me surprised as if he was shocked I was going to continue to allow him to talk to me in a disrespectful manner, and then said, “No”. My husband ended up calling booking.com and got the issue resolved but while he was on the phone getting things settled I decided to check us in as a walk up. I asked if he would honor the booking.com price and he said he could not authorize that because he is not a manger. I understood and asked if there would be a manager to speak with in the morning so I could discuss it with him. He gave me the managers name, Sean, and told me when he would be arriving in the morning. Afterwards Jim says to me, “I was trying to be helpful l, you didn’t need to talk to me like that”. To which I responded, “You have no been helpful at all and you cannot give someone as much attitude as you gave me and expect none in return. He then told me he would no longer accommodate us. Clearly for the fact that he didn’t like that I was treating him the way he was treating me. I called the next morning to speak with Sean, the manager, and long story short, he said that Jim is not allowed to deny us a room, which he did. He continued with, “I believe everything else you are saying but I have a hard time believe that because that’s just not like him and he’s not allowed to do that”. Essentially calling me a liar. I have stayed here multiple times before and was very disappointed with how we were treated and will never stay here again. I advise that you stay elsewhere.
