Pretty typical for this class of motel. Rooms are decent, and the bed is comfortable. Though trying to contact the front desk is virtually impossible, and the staffing seems inadequate for the number of occupants. Never was able to find out if they have exercise facilities!

Redding is the perfect place to stop on our trip from Seattle to Arizona every year, and we've been trying different places. This year it was the Quality Inn. Fairly easy to find (thank you Apple Maps!), it's an older motel with an odd lobby (dark film on the doors make it appear to be closed). But the reception was... More

We stayed at this hotel one year ago and I wrote a good review for it. We just stayed again - this time for two nights - and enjoyed the same clean functionality it offered before. In spite of the room looking a bit tired (chipping baseboards, toilet seat in need of replacement), the amenities and fair nightly price make... More

This hotel the staff are really friendly and helpful. However, it is v noisy and basic. No Iron or ironing board, not enough towels and the towels are old and grey. No tea or coffee facilities. really small rooms. Wifi didn't work whilst we were there for the whole time.

Person at check-in drummed her fingers on the counter when I asked if it would be possible to get a quiet room since they weren't busy. She was rude and impatient. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke so I opened our window a little and pulled back the sheer curtain. Within a few minutes a scraggly looking 30ish man... More

Traveling back home to NC from my job at Crater Lake National Park in Oregon, I stopped for the night at the Quality Inn in Redding. Nice, friendly staff and an amazing spic-and-span room. I'm guessing that the motel dates to the 1960's from the design of the building, but the rooms were evidently newly refurbished with new furniture, carpeting,... More

Nothing out of the ordinary or exceptional. This was a good stop for a small group of us traveling up the I-5. There was an outdoor pool we didn't have the chance to use but looked small. Location is near plenty of food so that was nice.

Room smelled funky. Beds were very uncomfortable and hard. WiFi didn't work. A/C was old and barely worked, Overall was very disappointed. Would NOT stay here again, and I haven't even had the "continental breakfast" yet! :-(

We had to stop here since we were touring around Mt.Shasta. The hotel is close to some good restaurants but the rooms weren't as clean and neat. We booked 2 queen beds and all they had was two twin beds. The swimming pool wasnt clean. The bathroom is also very small. The air conditioner was barely working both in our... More
