I visited the Westin for Meetings Today Live and had a fantastic experience. My room overlooked one of their three pools, was spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was also very comfortable and huge! I also went for a run several mornings along the golf course and saw beautiful sunrises. It's a stunning property. Upon leaving, James at the Front Desk was exceptional, answered my weird questions (ha!), and delivered a level of customer service that you don't often get everywhere. He was kind and funny, and finished out my experience at the property on the highest of notes. Thanks James! Also, their program to adopt shelter pets out to loving homes is near and dear to my heart, and I've not seen that kind of direct philanthropy at a hotel in all of my travels. We came for a concert, and zsownt the day at the pool! AMAZING!!!! Our server Zolie was fabulous!!! So attentive and gracious! She followed us around the pool serving us food and drinks! We LOVE her!!!! SOO happy with our stay here!!!!

My wife and I are retired, we have been coming out to the desert for over 45 years. We saw this place on line and wanted to scout it out for future family visits. It did not disappoint. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice bellman who gave us the lay of the property. The desk clerk was very helpful and told us our room was not quite ready so they upgraded our room at no charge. We ended up staying by the adult pool. The propery is very accommodating to animals We brought our small dog and the staff was very friendly to her. In fact everywhere we turned someone on the staff went out of their way to be nice to our dog, even giving belly rubs and fresh water. The room was very comfortable and was very spacious, plenty of room for our things. Bathroom was larger than most with double sinks and extra space for luggage and clothes. One improvement for the room would be the addition of a microwave,. The property has beautiful views of the golf course. The pool was great, we stayed by the adult pool, which is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing stay. They have the family pool which was fantastic. Two big water slides and a large pool area. Great for families. There was also a quiet pool area. It's a great property for taking your dog for a walk, the views are incredible. We saw that they had bikes and there are plenty of paths for riding. We are really looking forward to coming back with the whole family where we can play golf, the kids can enjoy all of the activities such as mini golf, arcade, bowling, arts and crafts and kids club. Oh and there are two giant tortoise. When we arrived there was a small pug up for adoption, he ended up getting adapted while we were here. Upon check out we spoke with Alexis our clerk and she was very helpful with check out. We talked to the manager James about future plans and he was very informative and really made us feel special. We highly recommend staying at the Westin Rancho Mirage. We plan on staying here again with our kids and grandkids as it was the most accommodating place we have ever stayed.…

The best place to stay. We went in August and loved it so much we went back in September with the kids. The kids loved the slides, arcade and breakfast/brunch buffet. The hotel staff was amazing. Joshua the food/beverage manager was awesome. James the manager at the front was very helpful and great. Chris at the front desk was super nice at check in. We would define you recommend this hotel. The pool, restaurants, bar, arcade, rooms were all amazing.

Westin really made me feel they appreciate my business. Andrew at the front desk was courteous and gave us an upgrade based on my status. He was very thorough going over the service offerings and where everything was located in this large and nice resort. This is our go to hotel whenever we are in Palm Springs.

I had the best two week stay! The grounds are gorgeous the staff is amazing, in particular Monica from housekeeping. Monica was so helpful, kind and just did an amazing job with keeping my room tidy. Im definitely coming back.

Definitely one of the best hotels in Rancho Mirage. Rooms were clean and up to date, lots of good activities for the kids, bowling room had free drinks for adults and free candy for kids during happy hour, pool slides were awesome, and over all service was excellent!
