I like taking my son to the OMNI La Costa and the OMNI Rancho Las Palmas because of the toddler slide and lazy river. There are few water destinations that are exciting and fun for kids under 40 inches in height. The service and food are better at the La Costa property but Las

I've left a few reviews but always have such a great experience, I want to cite a few more people. 1st... The Spa... this was my first experience in the spa, which is just terrific. With a day pass or a treatment, you get full use of the spa, which includes a lovely private

It's a great hotel with a very familiarity in terms of architecture, design and layout of the property. The room was great, very clean with very comfortable furniture almost like being at home. I love the fact that my room had a small nook or bar with a small refrigerator that

I stayed with my family. We purchased an online hotel package that included a spa treatment and on our bill we were double charged for it. Also, we had thought we had booked a buy two nights get one night free but when we checked out, we were charged for the third night. I am

We had a 2nd great stay here. It's a good place for children. I love the location at the top of the Coachella Valley and next to the The River Mall (which offers some good dining options). The water park is small but fun.

I didn’t rent the cabanas. I saw many people do it at the kid’s pool. Not sure if it’s worth it. I never fought for a chair at the adult pool 😉

42 inches or no ride - they measured our son on the wall. They didn't let floaties on the slide. The slide was more intense than I thought it would be. The water flow is pretty intense at the bottom of the slide. My son finally was tall enough at 4 1/2. They let me go with my 1 year old on the lazy river in the same float as long as my arms were around her. It felt like forever until my son was tall enough!!

is the splashtopia area heated?
Went in the summer, and it was great. But I'm sure they are because they advertise all year.

"I like the 2nd floor rooms. I don't think it's necessary to upgrade to be close to pool as it's very noisy"
"Rooms facing the kids splash area may be noisy during the day but will quiet down by closing (5pm maybe?)."
"The pool area may get noisy, so plan your room accordingly. Pool closes at 7, movie done by 9."
"We liked the 800 Building-great views of the property, close enough to the pools and quiet."
"go to another hotel within the sameprice range with better service"
