Family of 3 generation had a great time. We had adjacent rooms, appreciated the fridge! Close to restaurants. Kids loved the pool- large, plenty of towels, heated. Nice breakfast and delicious oranges in place of the usual cookies (which they were out of each time we passed through the lobby, but we wound up with a healthier snack!).

Perfectly situated well appointed Hilton Garden Inn located in middle of action for vacationers, golfers or desert business. On Hwy. 111 with fabulous mountain views right out the front door. The coffee is on early for the east coast jet laggers or business guys/gals to get the day done before heading out to golf. I was offered a suite upgrade...

We arrived in the Palm Springs area for the annual wildflower viewing in The Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. We booked this location because of the proximity. After a long day in the desert we were glad to return to such delightful surroundings. Our room was large and quite comfortable. We decided to eat in the restaurant on premises and we...

Enjoyed the facility, it was close to golf and shopping. Nice breakfast and a quality bar. The tempiture was a bit warm for this time of year. I was told that they were having an unusual warm spell. I noticed that the forecast for the following week was much cooler.

This Hotel had overbooked, maybe they gambled some guests would not come. When my guests arrived the front lobby was rude and blamed them that you never booked the room. Later the staff updated us that they had overbooked the hotel. They sent us to another location for one night and that too we had to manage ourselves at 12...

Room was almost $300. Air conditioning did not work very well. No Comp breakfast offered . Too early to depart jacuzzi. We are 70 and did not want to leave at 10pm We were quiet. Bad rules or ridiculous rules should be changed for much better rating . Comp food should be served for the price

Pros: - Free wifi - Coffee maker in the room and free coffee in the lobby - Clean pool with no one there (everyone else watching tennis or playing golf) - Convenient exercice room - Stairs near elevator (I appreciate stair access) Pro/con: - Inexpensive (six dollar) continental breakfast in the lobby, but the type of breakfast that some mid-range...

We really enjoyed our stay here last summer. We came with our daughter's music tour and stayed as chaperones. Clean rooms, well appointed, comfortable beds. Good breakfast downstairs. Walking distance from shopping and dining. This was a great central location .

Very rude if not belligerent night time staff and rather uninterested in guest support day staff including the manager. Tired property ridding on the "past glory of the 70's" or location if that. A significant difference in what the property/staff has to offer with Hilton Garden Inn in other locations versus the recent experience. Tad K.

From my specified tennis package, I have chosen The Hilton Garden Inn. Comfy bed, great room and they served good breakfast. The only remark, is that the airco is a little bit noisy. But for the rest is everything ok.
