The hotel, casino and all spaces were impeccably clean and appeared safe. The cocktails were a bit pricey and not all bars, Steakhouse and Waters Cafe charged the same price. That was unusual to me. There was no hot water in the shower or bathtub the morning we were leaving, so we just went without.. Whatever...Couldn't see my or any other casino host when we were leaving. That was unusual, but again...whatever...
Beautiful rooms, great services/amenities and a stellar staff! A trip all of us will not soon forget! Thank you to Adriana Garcia and everyone who took fantastic care of us! We are definitely looking forward to our next trip in the very near future!
My mom and I are delighted with this resort not to far from home one hour so drive . We enjoy the pool , jacuzzi and the food outside great view very clean very good attitude friendly we’ve been their several times we will definitely go back.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Took advantage of the jacuzzi, perfect weather for that, we Did not want to leave. We ate at the steakhouse and the food there was delicious. The slots could have been looser, usually we can come home winners, but not this time. All in all, it was a great time.
Tried to check in the a King Deluxe Balcony room at 4:30 and the room wasn't ready. Then, I was put on the 2nd floor. All the pictures of this 16 floor hotel with balconies and I had a view of some palm trees. Certainly not worth sitting on my balcony when I couldn't see a mountain or any desert. Certainly not worth an extra $30 for the balcony. The other intriguing aspect for my stay was the "flat-screen television in the bathroom". My bathroom had just a cable jack and power. No TV. So I can't sit outside and look at the view and I can't sit in the bath and enjoy some TV. Overpriced and underwhelmed
