The exterior of the hotel is dated, but they have updated the inside. The rooms are modernized. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful with all our needs, including finding a missing cell phone cord that we overlooked at checkout. They had it and we got it back. The pool area is big. The... More

Stayed with the wife and teenage daughter last weekend to visit with a friend in Livermore and to day trip into San Francisco. Property's location to the BART station was very convenient to accommodate the later activity. The property itself is a little old, but in good condition and the staff were very attentive and friendly. No real issues with... More

Hotel is typical business hotel, has a nice pool & hot tub & small bar area. The rooms that face the highway are super noisy, so bad it makes you think there is no glass in the windows. Make sure you ask for a room on front of hotel not back. Room was comfortable, bathroom small but ok. AC units... More

Stayed here while visiting my sister for her birthday. The hotel was very clean. We did not take advantage of all the amenities since we were on a tight schedule. The bed was comfortable. The only thing is our window faced the freeway and if there were sirens they could be heard. But really it was a non issue. I... More

If you are missing the 1990's or if you are young and want to try the hotel experience your parents had back then, stay at this hotel. What's wrong with the hotel: 1. Old and tired decor in the room and lobby. 2. Black dirt in the corners behind the curtains. 3. Low cost old AC (the ones that sit... More

I was here for a two night stay for work. I took a "punch list" of physical defect (room) issues down after the first night to the front desk hoping they would address them. They tried their best, I think - but this hotel is very dated. It is absolutely at the low end of what qualifies as a Sheraton.... More

I checked in to the hotel very late at night, and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Upon entering my room, I was shocked at its condition - dark and dated. It felt like it was 1981 again. The bathroom was the worst part of the room. There were hairs on the counter, urine spots... More

Like stepping back into the 80s at check in. V poor service with one or two exceptions. Furniture run down chipped and old Room v noisy due to highway traffic Feels like a hotel which management has forgotten. Expensive Avoid this if you want to stay more than 1 night

Hotel and rooms can fairly be described as tired. Although our Club Level room was large it definitely doesn't feel Sheraton level of quality. Breakfast was ok, but again, pretty low end. Hotel is popular with tour groups, there's not a lot else in Pleasanton apart from Interstates which is why the hotel exists I suspect. Parking is free though... More

Disappointed as this property failed to live up to the Sheraton standard with which I have become acquainted. The actual physical property compares favorably with other Sheratons in which I have stayed, but the personal service left much to be desired. I was more than mildly disappointed, I was irate, with the hotel "standard practice" of charging my credit card... More
