Everything about this hotel was perfect. Friendly staff, they even comped us a bottle of wine, a $10 drink credit and 2 ice creams for our kids. I would highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely return on our next visit to the area.

This ocean front modern Gem is beautiful and the staff is amazing! Especially Oscar at the front desk! So helpful and welcoming! Oscar reminded us that we could have complimentary wine and ice cream every night of our stay!

This is the second visit. The front desk not nicer than the first time. I asked her about attraction, she is not that friendly and willing to help. Just told me to check the website. I am not familiar in SLO.

Even though it was a stormy few days, we really enjoyed our stay again here at SeaCrest. The weekend started off with a warm and friendly greeting by the young gentleman at the front desk (Oscar) who was so congenial and always had such a welcoming smile and was very helpful. And though I didn’t get their names, the ladies serving breakfast in the morning are courteous and present sincere smiles as well. The quality of the people working here is quite exceptional, the view is amazing, and the facilities & rooms are excellent. This place remains one of our favorite places to stay down here, especially when visiting our son at Cal Poly. Thank you SeaCrest Management!! -Rich

This is a wonderful property and very dog friendly. The views are amazing and there our stairs for beach access on the property. There is paved walking path from the property that goes along the coast with spectacular views and great hiking trails right across the street. We have stayed here twice now and will be back!

Check in and check out were quick and painless. The complementary breakfast was decent but could be better. On our request from the last booking, we were given the deluxe ocean front room 408 which was a huge upgrade from our last room. The room has a spectacular view of the ocean as well as the sunset. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. We love the casting feature on the room TV so we can watch movies from our phone on the TV. Few negatives: 1) Couldn’t go to the beach from the staircase on the property due to high water level. 2) Staffs appeared to have a chronic communication problem regarding requested room cleaning service. 3) Be mindful of closing time of the Blast & Brew restaurant. Otherwise, you may be out of luck upon checking out at 11am.
