Can’t say enough great things about the hotel starting with Alicia, front desk staffer. Such a warm kind person, they are lucky to have her. While this is a motel, its common rooms (lobby, breakfast, restaurant) seem like someone’s home. Breakfast was ample with oatmeal, 2 kids of eggs, biscuits, gravy, toast, granola, fresh fruit, and yogurt, and two rooms for seating with cocktails offered for a cost. The hot tub was great temp, and pool with lots of seating and towels. Small workout room but lots of dumbbells. Fenced in area for dogs. Very comfy beds w great firm pillows. Even a free drink coupon for each adult! 1 m from downtown and the beach. 1000% recommend!

This was a vey nice hotel. I would definitely stay here again when in the area. The grounds were well kept and nicely laid out. The room was a suite and it was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered many choices and tasted great. We felt comfortable and welcome with our little dog. There was even a safe, fenced area for dogs to run and play.

We return to Oxford Suites every year for a group retreat. The hotel is always very clean and well maintained. Rooms include a sitting room with refrigerator, and the rooms have nice updates, like USB charging ports and rain showers! Breakfast is included and is very generous, with plenty of fresh cooked hot options, fruits, breads, cereals, and beverages.

The hotel was a little pricey, but it was spring break and last minute. The fee for each dog per night was reasonable considering it's inescapable. Room was clean but had some cobwebs in the out of reach places and a few stains. The bed was comfy and we slept well, even if the walls were a little thin. Wifi was horrible but the 5G area was clear so we just used our own devices. The free Breakfast buffet was steller, with the only complaint that the sausage was clearly well prepared but a low quality product. The entire property was well acclimated to dogs but be careful because you can't leave your dog unattended in the room and they aren't allowed at breakfast either. We solved this by taking our trays to the room one by one. Convenient location to grocery nearby (such as the big "Walmart") and lovely restaurants as well (Gino's Pizza was our favorite!)

Thank you Allison, We are certainly pet friendly. Its a tough call but if everyone brought their dogs in the breakfast room it could get a bit chaotic. Normally its not raining and everyone with dogs sits outside on the patio. Thrilled you had a great time and we will see you back soon!

The hot breakfast was pretty good. It's an interesting setup- the hot food is served by an employee (eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy) and the rest (oatmeal, cereal, toast, fruit, drinks) is self-serve. They give you a breakfast ticket for each person on your reservation. I liked that they have both indoor and outdoor seating.
The pool was nice and very warm. The only one that wasn't heated was the baby wading pool. Be aware that they had signs that children under 4 are not allowed in the big pool or hot tub. It wasn't being enforced that I saw.
The evening reception with free drink was nice! It's 4 hours, with 2 of those hours including snacks. We popped down for the last 30 minutes of snacktime and they had potato chips and onion dip. Not sure if there was anything else served that we missed.
Our room was comfy. The bed was nice and the pullout bed was also pretty good. We liked that there was a sliding door between the two halves of the room for more privacy. The shower was a little odd (multiple handles and showerheads) but once you got the hang of it, it was fine. They had full sized toiletries. The room had a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. We also loved that the side tables had built in USB chargers!
Parking was free and plentiful.
We would definitely stay here again (after our kids turn 4 so they can use the big pool).

Nice room, the dog park is a GREAT addition, i wish I could find dog parks when i travel with my dogs, friendly staff.
My co workers stayed in a hotel on Pismo Beach, steps away from the beach, with a view of the beach and within walking distance to town and restaurants. While my room was comfortable, clean, roomy and nice, the staff was friendly, it was not as convenient location wise, no view, freeway noise, but less expensive and a nice dog park!. I did have to drive to town and restaurants. HOWEVER, when i do return on personal travel with my dogs, the dog park and the reduced rates, will make the decision to stay at this hotel an easy choice.

The room was comfortable and clean. Good coffee, nice hot breakfast, great evening drink. Please go back to cleaning each room daily. Because we only stayed one night it was not an issue, but when vacationing we love returning to a freshened room.

It wasn’t terrible, but definitely could have been better. We stayed in a king, upstairs room with a balcony. It was nice to have the balcony and the back side of the hotel was quiet. There were nice views of the hillside behind. The breakfast and cocktail hour were nice, but definitely left much to be desired. Much of the staff was very friendly, but there were a few people that did not seem to be enjoying their jobs, including the lady bartending and a man in the breakfast room. My biggest complaint was that we were right over some sort of housekeeping room and they ran machines (probably washers and dryers) for a large portion of our trip. We could feel buzzing/vibrating that gave us headaches and interrupted our sleep.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Breakfast was average, carton eggs, pancakes, sausage, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, toast, juice, coffee, and mimosa for an extra charge. Evening complimentary bar drink and appetizer was nice. They have nice amenities like a pool, hot tub, and a gym. Had some scents of weed which was a turnoff and kids running upstairs. Aside from that, would return again.

Spray for bugs in the room, improve the quality of the hot breakfast and reception food. Clean up around the property. Trash on the grass, over flowing garbage cans, walk ways w spilled food and beverage stains.
