Staff were fantastic. Got a good deal. The place needs updating (paint on hallway floors, furniture), however everything is clean and in order. I might very well return for convenience and cost. Again every staff especially Luis at night we’re excellent.

Hotel's Favorite
Room was dated but right on the beach with an ocean view! Pool and hot tub was a plus. The picture window looking out to the beach needs a cleaning! Only stayed one night while passing through! The pier was steps away! Nice night life!

Our yearly birthday trip for my husband here. The suite we stay in is perfect for us and our pug. The kitchen makes it easy for snacking! Staff is amazing ! Thank you Kris and Fernando. Easy walk to the pier and close drive to the dunes. Our go to hotel.

The front desk staff was so kind and helpful!!! The rooms were very clean and stocked with everything you could need. The morning muffins and evening cookies were a wonderful treat! Our puppy loved his special treats, too!

The customer service was amazing!! We would go back just for the front desk customer service day evening and night all consistently excellent! The rooms were very nice and the location to the beach was about 5 mins walking distance! Pool was clean fresh and hot tub with jet streams was perfect!!

The location can’t be beat: steps away from the beach and the restaurants are within easy walking distance. Each staff member was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed swimming in the pool and lounging in the hot tub.

Employees are nice and helpful, rooms are comfortable and most importantly clean. We love staying at Edgewater it's our favorite hotel, best part is everything is walking distance especially the beach. Thank you for your hospitality.

I can not wait to go back to Pismo and stay again. The room was sooo clean I loved the shampoo and conditioner. It’s walking distance to some wonderful restaurants and stores and the cookies Devine :)

The location is great. We enjoyed the executive suite. The bed was was very comfortable. The power jet tub was amazing. The view is amazing. The hotel has a great customer service and pool. This stay was amazing. Very spacious. The couches were a little worn, but okay. It would of been a plus if one of he couches converted into a bed.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. It's an ok hotel but we haven't received our deposit back yet. It has been over 20 days since we checked out. We called the hotel and their manager said debit cards are taking 4 and 5 weeks to get their deposits. THATS UNACCEPTABLE and never again will we stay. I have NEVER had to wait this long to get a deposit. When you check-in there is a sign posted at the counter saying the deposits take 5-10 days to be refunded,,,,NOT 4+ WEEKS AND COUNTING. I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS BITRL AGAIN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE MANAGERS NAME IS ROBERT AND HE HAS BEEN NO HELP AT ALL.
