I don't know why this is in the B&B section. It is a motel. There is no breakfast, nor common area. Before booking my stay here, I made a list of negatives based on previous reviews, but I decided that the location, price, and all the positive reviews outweighed them. Some of the negatives turned out not to be problems... More

We stayed at this adorable little place a few weeks ago. It only has 7 rooms. It's right downtown, close to everything! The woman Gracie runs a tight ship with this little place. Then entire place has been remodeled and there are so many extra little things that are included with this room. Super comfy beds (my husband wanted to... More

Comfortable spacious room, comfy bed, convenient parking and good location. All at a reasonable price. Easy to walk around the town and to the pier. In an old-fashioned seaside town. Just what we needed after LA!

We will absolutely return to The Beachcomber Inn... Beautiful room, lovely little snacks morning and evening. Awesome functioning kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Oh and did I mention you are in walking distance to EVERYTHING!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The BeachComber Inn was truly a great find on a recent road trip. The location is great and Grace is definitely the "hostess with the mostess"; very gracious and friendly. We Stayed in room 7, which is a large and recently remodeled room with a bit of a view. We were very comfortable and were sorry we could not stay... More

The Inn is less than one block from the pier, one block from world famous SPLASHES and all the hot spots. The rooms are great, clean ,updated and very comfortable. The rooms have a refrig., microwave and a coffee maker with coffee. The manager Grace makes you feel at home and wants to make your stay wonderful. We have been... More

My wife and I had a very comfortable stay in room 7. It was a large, spotless room with a small kitchen. Some reviewers complained of noise, but it was quiet when we were there midweek in Winter. The night was chilly, and the gas fireplace in the room worked well.

We stayed here two nights and frantically organised this by phone on the way to Pismo beach. Staff were brilliant, old fashioned in that they took my reservation by phone and trusted that. This place has a 70s-80s decor, including the fake gas fireplace. I would love this if I was there in December. Kitsch but gorgeous. That aside, bed... More

The room was beautiful except there was no air conditioning. So you had to leave the windows open to keep cool. The coffee shop across the street has a speaker in their outside wall and played loud music until around 10 at night. You wouldn't really know except you have to keep your windows open because of not having air... More

Awesome place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, plenty of space and well designed and decorated. All the features you could ask for. It's in a great location in the center of town and very close to the pier, restaurants and bars. Pismo Brewing Company right across the street. If you are looking for a... More
