Wanted to treat myself to a room! Mainly a long hot soak in the bathtub! This place use to be a great, clean well run hotel. It had a great restaurant! Fun Bar, Super clean. It is Christmas Coronavirus has us all on lock down. No hot water, warm, if you like hot baths, don't bother. Yup warm, but not for soaking and the water pressure was very low. So much for the lovely hot bubble bath! At 1st glance looks clean, but when you really look, it was scary, I put socks on when I looked at the stained Carpet! All I wanted was a hot bath, and I chose to over look the rest, Right? It's sad to see, the dirty carpets, and hear the excuses, of why there is not Hot water, I asked for them to adjust my nights stay, but I was told No, because I had booked it threw Expedia. They couldn't or were not willing. For 50 dollars more, I would have booked at the Aqua hotel, in Mill Valley! I know that Marriott bought the Sheraton, what a shame to see to going down, down, down! The heater works, manually only! If you just want a room or bed for the night! That's what your going to get! Cheers! S o have no exspectation, its just A room.…
First, our room was absolutely disgusting. It was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. There were stains on the bed linens and all over the carpet. Our "marina view" also had the tiniest sliver of a view and an exterior door on to a weed covered roof. I was very glad we only had one night booked here. I will NOT stay here again.
Gold Elite Members. We stayed here for one night during a road trip. This Sheraton is one worth avoiding. First is parking. The lot is a completely open parking lot open to everyone. There was a transient riding his bike through the lot looking at the cars when we arrived. Without even asking if I had a car, they charged me an extra $10 for parking. The hotel itself was fairly dirty. The carpets had numerous stains and debris on it. The room had an odd odor to it, like maybe someone smoked in there and they tried to cover up the smell. When booking through the Bonvoy website, we paid an extra $20 for the breakfast package. Breakfast was obviously only take away or eating on the patio due to Covid. There was a sewer truck outside the hotel, so eating outside was not an option due to the horrible smell outside. When I went to pay for breakfast, I was told the pre-paid voucher was only valid for $28 of the bill. Wow, a whopping $8 savings for paying in advance, thanks Sheraton!!! After leaving here, we went on to the Monterey Marriott which was much better. …
We stayed here to break up our drive from southern California to southern Oregon coast. It was a nice place to stop and enjoy a meal and nice rest. The room was very clean and updated with all of the usual amenities, including super-comfortable king bed. It would have been nicer but for the COVID restrictions, but that couldn't be helped.
This is the first time to stay at this hotel. I had arrived at 4;30 pm and there was no room available. They told me just wait a little bit but I was sitting there for over an hour but the room still not available. They was blame it on covid 19.. my dog was tiring and so do our family. The front desk service was horrible as well
