Very nice in renovated hold steel factory. Service is top , room very comfortable, there a small but well equipped fitness room. Close by foot to the city center. I strongly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is ok, but not exceptional as in all Hampton hotel I visited.

Hotel's Favorite
This hotel used to be a silk mill. The hotel kept the exposed brick, vast ceiling heights and tall windows. The lobby is intimate and inviting. Our room was a great size and had a king size bed that was so comfortable we hated to leave it. Neither my husband and I can sleep if the room is too warm so we were happy that the air conditioning worked beautifully. While the bathroom was small it had everything necessary and the lighting was great. Our room was very clean. The hotel provides a free breakfast in the lounge. The food was plentiful and was nicely set up. I give high marks to the hotel’s personnel especially the desk manager. We arrived a little early and although a king room wasn’t available she assured me that she would have a king room expedited for us and would give us a call when it was ready. Our room was ready for us within an hour. While I noticed there were some complaints about the parking, we didn’t have a problem parking. The hotel is on a busy street but the traffic does die down as the evening goes by. If you’re sensitive to noise ask to have your room on the back side. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we will definitely stay there again.

Made this reservation because the property is a Hampton Inn. When we arrived, we had trouble just locating the hotel. About .5 mile off the main highway in what seemed like a residential area. It's an old converted brick structure that looks anything but a hotel. Signage was poor, making it hard to find. Room was small also, but very clean. Breakfast was nothing special - same as at many similar locations. Warmed egg omelettes, sausage links and dried out french toast slices with traditional pastries.

Very good experience all around! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Dave from the bar was great to talk to and recommended a short trip to Armstrong Redwood forest that we would have never known about it otherwise.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place. The historic property is incredible -- they've done a wonderful job with the building. The room is fabulous, with such high ceilings! We highly recommend this place!
