Very overpriced, and we were stuck in a campsite right next to the bathrooms. They called it a pull through but it hardly fits our trailer. Tried to move sites and the staff was extremely rude, like they didn't want to be bothered to switch us anywhere else. Also the hookups were placed in a way that made it impossible for our hoses to drain properly. Will not return. Makes it worse when the staff seems like they could care less

We stayed in one of the camping lodges November 21-24, 2020. The cabin was so dirty! You could see the dust hanging over the edges of the blades on the ceiling fan, there were lots of cobwebs in the windows, lots of dirt (and glitter from previous guests?) on the floor - clearly they did not sweep after the last guests left, there was mouse poop in the bed, and about 15-20 flies buzzing around inside. We went to the office to tell them about the mouse poop and request clean linens, and the young man at the desk really didn't seem to care. He just sent someone to bring us clean sheets. I at least expected a cursory "I'm sorry about that", but nope. Supplies in the kitchen were sparse, possibly due to covid; we made it work, but be aware. Also, the cabin we were in had a firepit in the grass, but unfortunately the grass was a muddy mess because they run the sprinklers and this area does not get any direct sun to dry it out. I've never been so happy for a vacation to end as I was when this trip was over and it was time to go home.

This is a beautiful well maintained park. Great central location for vineyards, San Francisco, Sausalito, Tiburon. Good price. We stayed the month of September. All the facilities were cleaned multiple times per day. And the staff was really terrific. The ONLY detractor was the smell of the surrounding fields. At the end of the season they dump manure on the fields. The resulting smell and accompanying flies were annoying. We were told this is typically only the month of September. It didn't deter the campers tho. The place was packed every weekend!

Stayed here overnight on our way back to the San Francisco Bay area. Other the grounds look nice and we had a great end site, It smelled like a farm. Maybe you get used to it, but I felt nauseated. It’s also extremely crowded. Just not my thing I guess.

Pictures are beautiful... there are some pretty campsites however not big enough to fit more than a medium size tent and a vehicle on. The strip of campsites that we were assigned to was absolutely the armpit of the entire campground. No shade, we were backed up to an rv storage site that was separating us by a cyclone fence... campground supposedly has plush green grass.. more like dirt, sand and dead grass. Also watch out for cat poop and wild cats who run around and poop everywhere. The campsites are so close together... separated by a rope...seriously the sites are so close together you can hear your neighbors elbow crack. Bathrooms were the best ive seen anywhere public.. well cleaned and dry... and the pool looked nice however they are only accepting 45 minute time slot reservations the day of and they were sold out for the entire day already by 9am. There were only a handful of people in there anytime we went by. Oh did i mention it rained/poured in the middle of the night which is not the koas fault.. however the water drain pipe that was designed to drain right through my site was however their fault. We spent $80 a night to stay here which is double what we have spent at the most beautiful koas ive ever seen and i wont be returning here. I had family staying in the hookups which were wooded but i could touch the camper next door from their picnic table. I am not sure why they have to squeeze so many people in here but it is not enjoyable. Beware.
