Great KOA. Very quiet, nice sites, and very clean. Pool is large and heated, hot tub is clean, and they show a movie at the pool every night. There is a petting zoo, a bouncy moon thing, and you can buy little bags of stones incased in sediment and pan for them with the kids. Also a big park for... More

I know it is a campground and all and all a quite nice one. Unfortunately, they put us in a nice site till the construction guys started sawing and hammering, etc. So much for a quiet stay. Went on all day. Ya think they could of puts us someplace else. I made these reservations months ahead of time.

Where to start? My heart sank as soon as we pulled up to the site. It's basically a dirt field with sites jammed together so close you're only feet away from the next tent and have zero privacy. The site smelled of sewage. Not sure if this was from nearby ranches or the bathroom as we were right beside it.... More

$$$$$ Pricey! $74/night "Premium" Pull Thru that is just a pull thru with 50 Amp. Paved pad, park your tow vehicle parallel if in a big rig. Thin grass and lots of dirt make up the rest of your site with table and fire pit. Tree roots can be an issue . Great family park with lots of activities for... More

Wee rented a "DELUXE CABIN (W/ BATHROOM) - PET FRIENDLY & BUNKS". We rented for one night, as my daughter wanted to have a "camp out" for her birthday and after the "birthday camp out" in the backyard last year, I decided to "outsource" this year's party. Upon reviewing and researching the KOA in Petaluma, I felt I had found... More

Wanting to be centrally located to Napa, Sonoma and San Francisco and always feeling comfortable with KOA "consistency", we booked our stay in a 50-AMP pull-through for our Class A Motorhome/towing and were not disappointed. Proximity to Napa and Sonoma was terrific. Even though we did not have any "two-footed" children or grandchildren with us, our dogs loved the fenced... More

First, there is a separate tent camping area, and it was nicely flat. The amenities are clean and worked very well, and they enforce quiet hours politely (we got busted, as we should have). They have a big swimming pool, cofffee from 7 AM that is pretty good, and lots of picnic tables and grills. In all, everything that I... More

The KOA was nice enough - Our site had enough slope that it caused the automatic levelers to push out all the way. We didn't spend much time on our site due to our schedule, but we did use the pool and walked the grounds. Everyone was polite. but the star of our stay was John on the Tour. He... More

The KOA Petaluma campground had everything we needed. My husband and I only stayed one night, as planned, in one of their Kamper Kabins. The cabins are small, but had everything you would need. They were very clean and comfortable. The campground bathrooms and shower facilities were also clean. Great shower water pressure, laundry facilities available, restrooms were clean. The... More
