We went to Mendocino KOA last time and my view here for Costanoa KOA is a refecltion of this facility's comparison. Surprise 1 - on the site it was mentioned that every campsite has personal firepit but in actual when we checkecd in it was conveyed that since your site is near eucalyptus trees we do not allow campfire. Surprise... More

We stayed here over Valentines Day weekend in our 23 ft. travel trailer. The grounds are very clean and well kept. The views are nice. Check-in was hassle-free and the employees were pleasant. Friends told us to watch for skunks, but we didn't see any. It was close to Ano Nuevo State Park.

A group of us stay there every year for a reunion. While we enjoy the location, the park itself is an above average KOA (and you pay for it too!). Fantastic sites that are mostly back end sites with good room between you and your neighbor. I think Seascape loop is probably the nicest with grass and trees that separate... More

We had to try out our new tent so we decided to camp at this place in early Dec cold. The place is very well maintained, off of CA1, and has nice views of the ocean. There is Lodge, RV park, cabins and tent bungalows with Bar & grill and a store. Campsites have neat and clean flush toilets and... More

The pull thru sites were very narrow and tight with very little outdoor living space. Our awning was almost hitting our neighbors slide out. Because of a previous unruly camper they enacted a rule of "no outdoor tvs". We were not told this when we made our reservation nor when we checked in. After getting all settled neighbors started telling... More

This KOA facility is a well maintained and clean RV park. The Staff is friendly and helpful. They really try and make you feel at home! The location is beautiful and seculded, right across from the beach. There is a nice little store on site and a full service restaurant. It does get very busy during peak times of the... More

Spent 4 nights in our RV at Costanoa for a Fall getaway. This has to be our second best place to park our RV, as The VinesPaso Robles is our first love. We had a view of the ocean which was across the highway from our RV campsite. The General store was great to pick up a couple of snacks... More

We stay in a pull through spot for a few nights here. It's a great location to get away from it all. The comfort stations are very nice with Sauna room. Better than your average camp ground bathroom. Lots of room for the kids to ride their bikes around. It's set back from Hwy 1 so you really don't here... More

This park is in a beautiful location off highway 1 on the central coast. Unfortunately, we made our reservations only a couple of months in advance so we weren't able to reserve a Deluxe site. We were in the Eucalyptus loop. The grassy area behind our site was beautiful. The stables and resulting flies in front of us, not so... More
