Hotel's Favorite
This hotel appearance is nice. We needed two rooms and both were spacious, comfortable, clean. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is large and roomy. Only con was not breakfast available. The location was very convenient. Would stay again.

Very disappointed with this BW hotel as it is not up to standards. While the room appeared nice, I soon became creeped out after finding ants in the bathroom and a huge spider in the sink which left me unable to sleep. The ants were coming out of holes and cracks in the tile grout and this was on the second floor. The wifi code (written on the key card holder) said expired when I entered it several times, and the previous room # had been whited out. Tried to call the front desk but all I got was a fast busy signal. Hallway carpets very dirty, there was an odor by the drink machines on the second floor, and the restaurant is closed down so no complimentary breakfast. I was told they have "grab and go" bags but I didn't bother.

There was no hot water and the hotel did not provide breakfast bags as promised. If they offered compensation in some way I think that would be reasonable, but missing a couple critical things and also not communicating it adequately made this a disappointing stay.

Hot water broke staff lied about having it fixed 2 days in a row after staying here for 6 days. The staff is also rude and act like your a nuisance even at check in. I travel full time for work I spend more time in hotels then in my own house I understand things break but don't lie about it.

Hotel looks pretty good from exterior. Our experience in October 2023 was disappointing from check-in to actual room to check-out next morning. Internet was slow and possibly not secure. Front desk clerk had no idea about Internet. Beds and pillows were lumpy. Toilet wasn’t flushing properly, sink faucet was difficult to turn on, towel bar was falling off wall and there was no bar soap provided. The A/C was noisy, ineffective and creating an odour in room. Morning breakfast was a grab n go bag and we were told it contained yogurt. We passed. The lobby coffee was not pleasant and the creamers were lumping in coffee, so it had to be discarded. I went to advise front desk about creamers, but no one was around. Fortunately there is a Starbucks in vicinity. Not even close to what we expected from BW Plus accomodation.…

My first time stopping here. I travel between LA, Sacramento and SF many times a month. I will start staying here instead of going into Tracy or Livermore from now on The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff are very nice. There are good places to eat nearby. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stop and rest overnight. I will be staying here again.

Newer hotel that is already starting to show it's age. If you are expecting a hot breakfast, forget about it. You get a bag of "Grab and Go", which was really poor. Didn't even bother to eat it after seeing what was inside. Several fast food joints and a Dennys in the area, so plan on going there.

The hotel was great! The beds where comfortable My kids went swimming in the pool it was an all around great experience! They had a lot of grass area for my dogs to run around in and it was very clean! it’s a nice little town there was a Starbucks across the street and it was very convenient
