We stayed for four nights and not much had changed since our stay in the summer. Pool and hot tub worked just fine as usual and it was just as hard to get her out of the pool. Their is a Starbucks a very short distance from the hotel plus three or four eateries.

Thank you for being a repeat guest and we are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay. We have some great changes on the horizon with the remodel of 31 guest rooms and the completion of remodel of 28 guest rooms with all new case goods. These rooms have already had bedding and drapery updates a few months ago and we...

Good place for the money. The breakfast value is good. About a 5 minute ride from downtown but not far from any point of interest. Definitely an option for the money. The rooms were a nice size and were clean. They seemed newly upgraded.

Pipes I believe of the toilet were very noisy. Everything was noisy. Kept getting woken up by the pipes all night. The bathroom door didn't work properly. Everything could be heard in the room from other rooms and outside.

We stayed here after a day of wine tasting. The price and reviews were both good, and we were not disappointed. We chose the cheapest room which had 2 double beds and it was absolutely fine. The staff were very nice. The room was extremely clean (and I am very picky), the beds comfortable, and the location was good as...

Although this is an older motel, it is remodeled and in good condition. Beds comfortable. Very quiet AC/heat units with good controllers. We stayed on bottom floor. Hotel located at north end of Paso, right by fairgrounds. Great location if you are doing something there. Easy access to US101. If you are in PR for the wineries, you can get...

Big comfortable rooms, clean and bright. Hot tub and pool, good proximity to the winelands. Free parking on site and friendly staff. Offer $5 breakfast coupon off the diner next door. Could not find anything to fault this place.

Enjoyed our nice sized room with king bed (very comfortable), sofa and reclining chair. Bathroom area had two sinks. Nice to get bottled waters daily and a dish of hard candies. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay, right off I-5. Clean. Given a goodie bag for being a rewards member, with water, crackers and a cookie. Friendly staff gave great advice on nearby restaurants. Large room with a lazyboy chair and a desk. Quiet.

We totally enjoyed this hotel and their professional staff. Perfect location and access. There is a good greasy spoon next door. A Starbucks is also next door in the other direction. When we asked the staff for some dinner suggestions instead of the usually Denny's or Applebee's answer from a 20-something behind the front desk we were provided as comprehensive...

We needed a one-night stay on our holiday travel from Northern to Southern California. We were familiar with the location of the Black Oak, although we had never stayed there, because we had eaten at Margie's Diner, which is located on the premises. It is just a block off of Highway 101 and Highway 46, and only a mile or...
