When I reserved this trailer (casita) in October I was expecting a trailer of equal size to one I rented last summer at another RV resort. However, this one was 1/3 the size. It had a bedroom with kitchenette (in same room) and a bathroom separated by a wall. The patio was nice. But my biggest disappointment was that there was no oven in the unit & I was intending to bake an apple pie for a family potluck for our large group who was camping here. Luckily, a relative had an oven in their RV which I used! 😉The place was nice. There is a taco truck on site which is very convenient. Also, the resort is very close to Sensorio, the seasonal light show attraction.

My husband and i wanted a relaxing, but safe local get away to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The Wine Country RV Resort hit the mark for both. It was quiet, clean and well maintained. The resort was was within a close driving distance to wineries and downtown.

Nice rv resort with great amenities including a pool & hot tubs. Well cared for & maintained, except half the washers in the laundry room were out of order & one of the hot tubs didn’t work. Clean & quiet. Get a site away from the highway. Would’ve been nice if the staff could have provided information & a map of the area & the wineries.

Paid for a premium back in site, gave all the info asked for during reservation (length of RV, # of slides, pets, etc) and what I got was a shared site that my sides got crushed by trees on both sides. Should not have to share a 6' piece of mud (not grass) with anyone unless I request to do so with a friend on a "PREMIUM" site. Plus, if I say I have 4 slides and wide they should not put me in a site that would not fit any RV with one slide let alone 4. Told front desk that the sprinklers were hitting my RV 8' above the ground every night, said they would send someone to fix, they did not. Also asked to speak to a manager the 2x I went to the office to try to get someone that had some authority to do something about the overpriced "PREMIUM" site. If you want to RV in Paso, stay at their sister facility CAVA is it is way better maintained, better spacing on the sites, and overall just a better location. This place is old, run down and the people/managers don't give a s&^% about you or your stay.

Nice park close to vineyards. However the staff is unresponsive. I have left messages about poor wifi or non-existent wifi with the wifi company this rv park uses. The staff was clear they could not help with wifi as they don't manage it. I called repeatedly each day there to get support. After leaving repeated messages for a call back I have yet to get a call back. I finally waited 15 minutes to get someone who was helpful and I upgraded to paid 10mpbs Internet.
Then I realized the high speed Internet also did not work and was only a little bit faster. .4 upload speed vs .1 upload speed. This does not work for Zoom or Skype. I was trying to stay connected with work but that is not possible.
After not being able to reach the wifi support people. They do not answer the phone. I left messages with Wine Country RV park assistant manager, the manager and other extensions. No responese. Then I called to make a reservation and then they answered. They wrote down my contact information. Never heard back. Do not stay here is you need to be connected to the Internet

It used to be a nice place to come. No more. Once you make reservations, you can't get them on the phone. We waited on hold for an hour. Then chose to leave a message and get a call back. They never called back. We couldn't find a check-in time. They tried to charge us for coming 1/2 hour early. We told them if they could find where it was written, we'd pay. We were not charged. They give you a sheet with spa hours, but the spas are permanently closed. You need to sign in the office for your hour in the pool with 25 other people. It used to be a nice place to come. No more. The neighbors were partying outside until 11:30. A different neighbor played loud music until 2:00 a.m. Since it has been bought by a corporation, it has become impersonal and lacking in many ways.

We rented a cabin. We flew in from Texas. We arrived after our flight at noon. They told us that we could not check in until 3:00 as was their policy and because of shortage of housekeeping. We had stopped and picked up a few groceries on our way. The website says ice machine is an amenity. It is not, you must buy ice. We had a small ice chest with us, but it did not hold all of our refrigerated items. We asked if they had an ice chest we could borrow until our check in. Another no. We walked over to our cabin around 1:30 to see if it was ready. We could tell that it was. My husband went to office and asked if we could go ahead and check in since the cabin was ready. The reply was, "I told your wife, 3:00." Yes, it was like that. What could possibly be the reason they not do not allow early check in? Really bad customer service. They certainly do not care about making the customer happy. The cabin is nice. It was a good size and very clean. There is dishes and pots and pans provided. There is no closet or drawer space for clothes at all. Not even a luggage rack. Very little room on bedroom floor for your suitcase. To get clean towels, you must call front desk and request them. The campground is very well kept and was very quiet the week were there.

Office was suppose to be open until 7pm. They left by 5pm. They have live music and a food truck on weekends all in there outside Harvey Bar area. However, we were targeted and told you are not allowed to eat purchased food or drinks (coke) in the area which is the only seating there is. However, many others were eating food truck food including the singer who was at the bar eating. I have a picture of it. All washing machines except 2 were put of order. This is the worse RV Resort we have ever stayed at. We will never return!

During times of Covid, the last thing I would have expected after a long day of driving was to pull up to my reserved site mid afternoon and find remnants from the previous guests strewn around my site. Several pairs of used disposable gloves and tissues on the picnic table, pellet pet food scattered about the patio, remnants of an illegal camp fire left on the ground. Especially in times of Covid, I should not have to clean up after the previous guests - the two hour period between check out and check in should have been plenty of time for the staff to make the rounds for the fee of us checking in on a Sunday.

Don't stay here they do not stand behind their product. I have stayed here for the horse shows and each time have had issues with plumbing, key not working for front door, check in problems, etc. I had another horse show in November which I had to cancel and they still haven't refunded my money. I have called multiple times. Its been ridiculous. I would rather stay further away than deal with them in the future.
