Our WHOLE family just spent the weekend at the Manor for a family wedding at a nearby vineyard. That's six couples, one toddler and two single ladies under one roof. It was perfect. The space is great allowing everyone to live on their own schedule. The kitchen and living room are great for gathering and socializing, while the rooms are separated enough to allow people to get away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy down time. The grounds were gorgeous and they have, legit the coolest bench swing ever. Highly recommend and can't wait to be back.
Wow! What an amazing place for a romantic Anniversary!l celebration! We stayed two nights in the mater suite and could not have been happier. The house is incredible, the grounds are beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and our host, Shayne, made it a perfect stay with his hospitality and culinary skills. It was so fun to visit with other guests while watching him prepare delicious breakfasts and afternoon wine appetizers. Hiking trails, wildlife, farm animals, swimming pool, hot tub, and a ripe cherry tree, all within a short drive from town and local wineries.… What more could you ask for! Can’t wait to visit again and see the new dishes Shayne has created!
Lane and Shane could not have been better hosts. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very quiet. The food and wine was exceptional but the best part was the fantastic views and the people we met. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay!
We kept wondering why the reviews of this place were so positive about the service when no one showed up for breakfast, our room was never cleaned and the concierge seemed to only answer in bot-like texts. The property had seen better days - the views were spectacular, as long as you didn’t pay attention to the condition of the property itself. Really too bad. We kept telling each other “at least it isn’t dangerous”. Kind of expensive for that to be the take-away. I wish communication had been better even if it had only been to say that everyone involved with the property was isolating with covid. If that was the case, still not sure why they felt they should charge us so much!
Every area of the property is beautiful. Wildlife is abundant so definitely a yes for those who are looking for a stay way from the busy city. Amazing for both kids and adults since there is so much to explore.
I had a wedding/family trip at HRM and I'll start off by saying the venue itself is gorgeous and is an awesome space to accommodate multiple groups traveling together. The hosts were super friendly, nice and relaxed and we had an amazing time during our stay. That being said, I HIGHLY recommend booking through Airbnb. I agreed to pay some charges outside of Airbnb based on their recommendation that it would save me money on the app's fees. Unfortunately, it didn't dawn on me that that meant I was forfeiting Airbnb protections and it ended up costing me a lot of money. At the start of the trip I agreed to pay a fee of $450 to have the swimming pool heated for the duration of the trip. However, after several texts back and forth between the hosts, we never did manage to get the pool heated the entire time. I made the mistake of leaving my Airbnb review before checking what charges were made to my bank account. To my surprise I was still charged $450 for the pool heat, even though it never worked. I contacted both Lane and Shane separately to ask if I could be refunded and neither of them ever replied to me. I can't help but feel like I was taken advantage of and I hate that such an awesome trip had to end on such a sour note. My family had all three of their properties booked and they made thousands of dollars off of us that week so I hoped I would at least get a response back. PLEASE book through Airbnb so that if something like this happens to you, you are protected.…
Stayed at the amazing High Ridge Manor for a friend’s bachelorette and it exceeded every expectation. Fourteen girls stayed at the house with ease. Each room was spectacular with many rooms having jacuzzi tubs and all having luxurious beds and bedding. One of the best sleeps I’ve gotten away from home. But the best part about this place is you’ll never want to leave! The views are breathtaking…hello sunrise and sunset over the beautiful vineyards of Paso Robles. We did the wine party bus and visited a couple wineries, but honestly we had the most fun enjoying the beautiful gardens, pool, jacuzzi and fire pits outside. I also can’t say enough about the house team…they went above and beyond to make our weekend one we’ll never forget. Every request was met with excellence and expediency. I will never stay at a hotel again when in the Paso Robles area as High Ridge Manor is the only place I ever want to stay at. Can’t wait to come back to this one of a kind manor again.…
We rented this entire home for my bachelorette party and it was INCREDIBLE! The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. It was the perfect place to spend the weekend with my closest girlfriends. Conveniently located next to several local wineries, it was so easy to rent a party bus and spent one of the days wine tasting. And can we just talk about the host? He was incredibly accommodating, very communicative and was easily accessible for any questions or assistance we needed. We added the meal option and had a delicious taco lunch complete with a dessert of the most incredible brownie cups. All in all, we all had a fabulous time and I had the perfect weekend. I can not wait to check out their other properties and make memories with my future husband.
I want to start by saying, what a Great stay! It was my wife’s Birthday and we went to Paso Robles, we stayed at High Ridge Manor and will make this our go to place from now on!! As soon as we pulled up to the front gate we knew this was the place! Great location, Great views, Great breakfast and most of all Great stay! The staff was extremely attentive and friendly and the grounds were beautiful! The hot tub and pool were great and the peaceful surroundings was the cherry on the top! Can’t say enough about the time we had!
Hubby and I spent a wonderful two nights at the High Ridge Manor. We'll be coming back! The hospitality and food was excellent, it felt like we had a personal chef! We cancelled our dinner reservations 2 nights in a row to stay at the manor and have the owner prepare dinner for us. The accommodations were amazing (loved the bed, sheets, towels etc.). Everything was top notch. We've travelled all over the world and stayed in some very beautiful places but staying home yet feeling like we'd escaped into luxury was a really amazing!
