We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at High Ridge Manor. Located near many local wineries, restaurants and historic downtown Paso Robles, makes this a perfect location. Situated high upon a hill this property boasts stunning views of the countryside below.
This place was also immaculate. Since our visit was during the time of COVID, we were pleased to see their attentiveness to social distancing as well as ensuring everything was sanitized.
The highlight for us, was our time sitting at the kitchen bar learning new recipes and cooking techniques from owner and chef, Lane. What a TREAT! This delightful experience was like attending our very own private cooking class.
And if that wasn’t enough... property manager Shane, created delicious desserts nightly that paired beautifully with our wine tastings.
The warmth, kindness and hospitality shown to their guests makes you feel like family.
Whenever you are in Paso Robles, make it a point to stay here.
Highly Recommend!

The High Ridge Manor is a fabulous escape from Los Angeles. Situated high on a mountain top you could be fooled into believing you were in Tuscany instead of Paso Robles. Our room had a European feel with rich wooden furniture, beautiful bedding, exquisite tile work, an in-room fireplace and a magnificent jacuzzi tub. The view at sunset was sensational. The only thing better than the room was the incredible service. Every morning we were greeted with a fresh breakfast prepared by the sweet and entertaining caretaker. She is a masterful chef and conversationalist. The manor was about 20 minutes from downtown Paso. After our daily excursions, we would return to freshen up for dinner and we would be greeted with a healthy pour of wine and a delightful appetizer. The large open kitchen with expansive windows opened out to an outside balcony. We would relax in the early evenings, sip our wine and watch the sunset. We hope to return this summer if life ever returns to normal. The property has a beautiful pool overlooking vineyards that I would like to swim in on a hot summer’s day. Treat yourself and your special someone to this secret hideaway. You will thank me later.

We stayed in the private lodging which was a converted barn ... Yes, a barn and so charming! We were given access codes ahead of time so our check in was a breeze. After a little research, we noticed it had a small kitchen with a nice refrigerator so we planned ahead and brought food. There is a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker and a French press coffee maker. There are all the necessary kitchen needs such as plates, utensils, dish soap and kitchen towels. The only thing that we wish it had was a BBQ. There are so many nice details such as the barn door for the bathroom. There is a nice seating area with a nice flat screen TV with Dish Network. This place is in a remote private residential area overlooking the vineyards in a distance. We enjoyed having a freshly pressed coffee in the morning outside watching the deer, bunnies and squirrels and watching the stars at night with a glass of wine. We highly recommend this place!

High Ridge Manor is a beautiful home that sits high up on a hill overlooking the countryside. We stayed in the “Extravagance” and the room truly lived up to its name with a high 4 poster bed, whirlpool tub, fireplace, and a door that opened out to a private patio where you can enjoy a glass of wine looking out over the valley. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, sausage, French toast and fresh fruit. The cocktail hour of wine and bruschetta in the evening was a nice touch.
Loved spending time at this beautiful home!

We tried to book originally through Airbnb but we ended up just calling and they were able to match the room price on Airbnb AND upgrade us. We went the weekend after valentines days and even though we we didn’t experience the in house chef the host and owner made us a stunning breakfast. Breathtaking views and not to far away from downtown Paso. Large property and tons of amenities. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you like vacation spot with character. Beautiful get away, will be returning soon. If you’re reading this Shane or the other gentleman. Just wanted to thank you both so much for your hospitality I hope to see you oink and doink soon....hopefully before they’re cooked

My wife and I originally booked a stay through a Google ad, which unfortunately caused a mixup with our room allotment. Thankfully the owner quickly offered a free voucher for us to stay in the original room that we had booked at no extra charge! When we came to stay the second time we stayed in the main house, where we were able to spend meal times with other guests and staff, which was the highlight. From the conversations, to the wine, and the exceptional food we were blown away by the effort of everyone at High Ridge to provide the very best experience possible. They truly believe in the best business practice of going above and beyond the baseline of what is expected to provide you with a get away that you will go home raving about to everyone you know. On top of everything else, the room was beautiful and clean. Did I mention the view? Whether it was from the room, the balcony, or the outdoor jacuzzi sunsets are something that you will want to make time for during your stay. So whether your a local looking for a break or from out of town looking for a get away, High Ridge Manor has everything you need to enjoy your time to the fullest.

Stayed at the amazing High Ridge Manor for a friend’s bachelorette and it exceeded every expectation. Fourteen girls stayed at the house with ease. Each room was spectacular with many rooms having jacuzzi tubs and all having luxurious beds and bedding. One of the best sleeps I’ve gotten away from home. But the best part about this place is you’ll never want to leave! The views are breathtaking…hello sunrise and sunset over the beautiful vineyards of Paso Robles. We did the wine party bus and visited a couple wineries, but honestly we had the most fun enjoying the beautiful gardens, pool, jacuzzi and fire pits outside. I also can’t say enough about the house team…they went above and beyond to make our weekend one we’ll never forget. Every request was met with excellence and expediency. I will never stay at a hotel again when in the Paso Robles area as High Ridge Manor is the only place I ever want to stay at. Can’t wait to come back to this one of a kind manor again.

My wife and I stayed here for one night and it was perfect. The highlight for us was the ‘happy hour’ during which the chef cooked us dinner in the kitchen accompanied by a little wine tasting. The property is beautiful and the views are stunning. We will definitely be visiting again.

My friend and I went for a girls getaway trip and had such a wonderful stay at Hacienda De Suenos! It’s a sister property of High Ridge Manor. Initially we wanted to stay at High Ridge but our reservations changed to Hacienda De Suenos. The property is close and right across from High Ridge Manor. Our stay at Hacienda De Suenos turned out perfect for us! We enjoyed having privacy as there were no other guests on the property. The villa is decorated beautifully! The villa looked and felt very clean. The bed was so comfortable! There is an upstairs area furnished with a bed but we did not have a need to use the upstairs. A highlight for me were the views of vineyards near the property. We enjoyed waking up in the morning to the views and enjoying our coffee on the porch. It was so relaxing! Another highlight for us was the pool and hot tub area on the property! We watched the sunset in the hot tub. My friend and I loved that it was just us and had such a relaxing and peaceful stay. Communication was great! We will definitely come back and stay at Hacienda De Suenos!

We rented this entire home for my bachelorette party and it was INCREDIBLE! The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. It was the perfect place to spend the weekend with my closest girlfriends. Conveniently located next to several local wineries, it was so easy to rent a party bus and spent one of the days wine tasting. And can we just talk about the host? He was incredibly accommodating, very communicative and was easily accessible for any questions or assistance we needed. We added the meal option and had a delicious taco lunch complete with a dessert of the most incredible brownie cups. All in all, we all had a fabulous time and I had the perfect weekend. I can not wait to check out their other properties and make memories with my future husband.
