From the moment you are greeted by the owners Katherine and Wills, you are treated like VIPs. My husband and I took another couple for a 3-night visit to the Canyon Villa in mid November and it was the best time we have had in a long time. The grounds, the room accommodations, the gourmet wine/appetizer cocktail hour in the... More

We very much enjoyed our stay here and would consider staying again, but it's not a certainty. On the plus side, it's very nice grounds, a lovely building and great hosts. Wills and Katherine are just a very cute couple. She is very nice and outgoing, Wills also enjoyable to chat with but not quite as outgoing. There is a... More

Everything was perfect on our stay from A-Z. Superb accommodations, well-prepared meals, attentive and caring owner staff (husband and wife), amazing views and location, and a truly memorable experience. If there's anything to criticize it would be the lack of a television, but for some that may be extra charming lol. Perhaps it will encourage you to speak to your... More

We were surprised to hear that the hosts, Katherine and Wills, had just taken over Canyon Villa a little over a year ago - it seems like they have been doing it forever. They are wonderful hosts! The house is comfy and immaculate, with luxury amenities on hand (and replenished seamlessly), and the grounds are stunning. We were there for... More

This isolated Villa has an air of elegance, but is too pretentious to feel truly comfortable. The rooms lacked basic refrigerators and TV. No pool or hot tubs, leaving eating and sleeping as the only activity. The proprietor and chief constantly talked about himself or his cooking. No seconds on little food portions felt like a forced diet. Overall it... More

It’s really difficult to put the Canyon Villa into the category of bed and breakfast – instead I’d call it an immersive experience on all fronts - starting with outstanding, warm, enthusiastic hospitality; overwhelming cuisine, superb accommodations, stunning environment and aesthetics – and come back again to the incredible hospitality of Catherine and William (Chef Will). Pretty much had us... More

We spent 2 nights with our friends at Canyon Villa. The experience was outstanding! Katherine and Wills could not be more accommodating. We had Chef Wills prepare us a delightful and delicious dinner. I would recommend anyone staying at the Villa to take advantage of experiencing a dinner prepared by Wills. Breakfast offerings were off the chart!! We will return!!!

What a beautiful and romantic weekend my husband and I had at the Canyon Villa! Wills and Katherine provided us with excellence in every possible way. The Villa, the room, the food (Wills does and AMAZING job- he is an artist!), the conversation (both Katherine and Wills were so engaging!), every detail was perfect. We will definitely be coming back... More

I can't say enough good things about The Canyon Villa and its owners, Kathrine and Wills. Everything every other reviewer states is true, your expectations will be met when staying here. On top of the service, view, amenities and experience, it's also a very relaxing and romantic place to stay. We won't stay anywhere else in Paso again.

Be prepared to be treated like royalty! On a hilltop above the Paso wine country the luxurious B&B feels like a palace retreat. Hosts Wills and Katherine make you feel like insiders and friends. Best best food ever. ( Wills is a retired chef)We opted for them to cook our Saturday evening meal. A 5 course extravaganza. Best part of... More
