Love it here. Exceeded our expectations. Excellent amenities. Beautiful decor. Friendly, courteous staff. Large, clean sites. Highly recommend it for individuals or groups. Close proximity to US 101 can cause some sites to be a little noisy.

convenient off of Hwy 101. Do not use GPS as it will send you way out of the way near the airport. Clean. Washrooms and showers are immaculate. Nice pool/Jacuzzi area. Highway noise dies down later in evening. The septic field can smell at times.

This is a very well maintained RV Resort owned by Sun Resorts. Their sister resort Wine Country RV Resort, just a few miles away, is a better choice, and the same price. Which is high. I went here on Passport America, so the rate was $26, (regularly $52) but that's for along the freeway. I mean ALONG the freeway. Like...

We visited here in December and were very disappointed in the park compared to our last visit. We enjoy the lounge but it wasn't open when we were there. There are very few staff members, although the ones they have were very friendly. There are no events here like there were before under the first manager. We loved the hamburger...

If the highway 101 wasn't there this would be an beautiful park with level concrete sites, good water pressure and friendly staff, but of all the parks we have stayed in by a freeway, either the road surface, lack of foliage or the atmosphere gives the sense the traffic is coming through the RV!

This is a nicely laid out park. Wide roads with no overhanging trees or other obstacles. Sites are concrete (pressed to look like slate) and fairly level. There are hedges but some of the sites are still close together because of the angle. Ours was close; however, we were traveling with friends so it was not a problem. WII FI...

This is a nicely done RV Resort, but VERY Noisy because of the road noise of Hgwy 101. I would suggest staying away from the highway side of this resort. It is awkward getting into the site we were in (#18) . We had to backup and come around the buildings. If there had been coaches behind us, it would...

We had excellent service at check-in, she explained all the amenities available to us including a heated pool, spa, gathering locations and fire pits for our use. The sites all had well maintained garden areas and concrete pads to park on. So close to town yet country feel. Great location for taking motorcycles.

This is truly a RESORT. The grounds are beautiful and the property itself is extremely well maintained. The heated pool and hot tub were a great reward after a day of travel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I booked this reservation, I was concerned with the proximity to the 101Freeway. However, we didn't hear anything. The spaces...

Pros-the place is clean, sites are level and paved with plenty of room for slides. Bathrooms are updated & clean. The pool area is great with two pools and a hot tub. Checked out the laundry facilities-clean and roomy. This place is close (driving distance) to Paso Robles. A cute little town with lots of restaurants that welcome your dog...
