The staff were amazing, Amy and Carson thank you we had such a lovely time. The wines are superb the accommodations were impeccable as was the service. We were fortunate to stay in The Vintners villa an absolute charm with southern French decor and our own little balcony where we had breakfast each morning.
My husband and I spent 1 night as a final leg of our road trip from Big Sur to stopover before heading home. My only regret was not staying another night! Instructions and communication prior to arrival was very clear and prompt. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was very accommodating to our request to change our included wine tasting time. Guests are given a code so they can park their car in the gated area, which made me feel safe and secure (even though the area already felt very safe!). For Tesla owners, I really liked that there was a charging station just for hotel guests in addition to 2 charging stations outside the gate for visitors. We stayed in the Isosceles Room, which felt more like a home than a room. It was very spacious and immaculately clean. Pictures on the website felt accurate, but was actually much more impressive in person! I appreciated the details that made the room extra special, such as plenty out outlets to plug in all your devices, large bottles of water near the bed and in the refrigerator, a welcome platter of cheese, meats and crackers, a bottle of their wine and even a sachet of lavender as a keepsake. As our stay was during the pandemic, there were some changes, where breakfast was delivered to our room between 9:00-9:30A (instead of a more flexible time at their dining room) and only a "chef's choice" option was available, which was a vegetable omelette with a side of bacon and a glass of orange juice. Coffee/tea is in the room (Keurig options). Additionally, the included wine tasting & cave tour was only limited to just wine tasting. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend to make reservations as seating is limited (there were only 6 tables in an outdoor covered patio area). I appreciated that the chef was also very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. As it pertains to COVID-19 safety precautions, I felt the hotel did an excellent job trying to accommodate. All the staff were wearing masks and were mindful in maintaining distance and limiting contact with guests. As noted above, they had adjusted procedures relating to breakfast, wine touring and outdoor seating. The only questionable thing for me was the carafes of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. It was strange to use the amenities in an open container. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area!…
We stayed at the Isosceles Suite for 2 nights, a Birthday getaway - Beautifully situated on the VIneyard, and a 1 minute stroll to the Winery Tasting Room. The suite was absolutely stunning, 1st class decorations and Kitchenette stocked with snacks, Fiji water and of course Justin wine glasses and a myriad of accessories.A bottle of Isosceles and charcuterie board appetizer was presented to us as we entered the suite! The staff was extremely attentive, providing 5 star service the entire stay! We are Justin society members, and look forward to staying at the Justin-Inn in the near future!
The friendliness and service was superb at Justin Winery. My fiance and I got engaged, and the facilitation of the event along with our stay exceeded our expectations. Special shout-outs to Tiffany (Special Events), Val (our private Tour Guide), and Chef Rachel (Executive Chef) for making our stay extra special. The hospitality demonstrated by Timothy and Molly also made our first dinner as an engaged couple that much more memorable. The food prepared by Chef Rachel and team was exquisite and we had nothing but smiles from the beginning to end. Thank you again to the Justin Staff for an unforgettable experience and we definitely plan to be back again.
