We we're driving from Phoenix, AZ to San Jose, CA and decided to stop and stay in Pasadena for the night. This hotel was perfect for a 1 night sleep over. We got a good night's sleep and were restored in the morning.
Booked 3 weeks in advance for 1 night, the over charged my cc on day of stay in am by 100.00 then get to hotel and they want to run another 100.00 why they have no restaurant, they never apologized.

I presume that you are going to the parade...Lucky you! From Lax, take the gold line to the Sierra Madre station. Walk under the freeway to Colorado St then turn left. Walk about 1/2 mile to the hotel which is across the street. Total walking distance about 3/4 mile. There is an extensive bus system in Pasadena which is FREE from Dec. 31st until Jan. 2nd. The closest point to the parade is about 1 3/4 mile up Colorado turning left from the hotel. Get a route map and schedule from the internet. I hope this helps.
