Such a warm welcome from the nice man on the door, check in was smooth and great detailed instructions. Car parking available too. Our room was great, overlooking a garden area. Very modern, the bathroom was lovely and the shower was as a shower should be with enough water coming out to make a difference. Can’t stand feeble showers! We had continental breakfast there both mornings, just a buffet for $16 but plenty to choose from. Music in the evening on some nights, cocktail bar also a pool but we did not visit that. Overall a great experience, thank you.

Classic downtown hotel on Pasadena's main street, within walking distance of all of shops and restaurants. My room was quiet and comfortable, with a comfortable bed. Onsite self parking was very convenient and the pool was a great place to chill. Didn't get a chance to try the onsite restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is quirky and clean. Old building but kept well, Gatsby style furnishings and the new wing is great. Good parking and phenomenal location. Feels like construction is still not finished. Staff was very friendly!

Staying for a few evenings in Pasadena, Hotel Constance was a great option for its consistency and quality. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great luxuries, awesome linens and eco-friendly toiletries. To begin with the hotel felt a little corporate, as the downstairs area is very minimal and not immediately comfy feeling. However, the great staff and restaurant and bar choices soon warm you up. The best feature is the pool area. Great cabanas, seating spaces and a real little sun trap, the pool was just the right size for a good swim and relax. Location is great, good walking distance from everything you’ll need, cafes, shops, bars, bakeries and restaurants. As a comfortable base for a few days this hotel is highly recommended. You’ll leave relaxed and happy.

Everything as advertised. Clean and tidy, no doubt. Staff is very kind and helpful. We experienced unusually warm air in the corridor one day and they immediately put mobile ventilators in order to sort out the issue. Appreciated that. I would recommend to future guests with car that the $20 that hotel charges for parking per day is a little ambitious. You can easily find alternatives across the street for $12. Finally, as you can see on the pictures before booking, the toilettes are directly sharing the airspace with the room. As in, there is no separate bathroom with actual walls. The ventilation works perfectly. It can be odd leaving the room while the other person is using the toilette though..

the rooms are functional and clean and comfortable enough we stayed in a larger suite and appreciated the extra space the personnel are friendly and helpful they have the lovely heated japanese toilets which are a novelty ; a big noisy but a lovely simple pleasure since we last stayed here the pool area has opened and a small functional gym has been added both are extremely welcome furthermore cumbersome valet parking has been dispensed with and one can self park with simple elevator access we appreciated the availability of a minibus to make local journeys the hotel is clean and functional how can they improve ? the restaurant area is a disaster.......too exposed and feels like an afterthought could be fabulous if they make space more attractive and utilize the patio area location is fabulous so other dining options are easily accessible by foot sometimes they perfume the rooms too highly

What a gem! The rooms are modern and clean and the public areas reflect the character of the building. Several restaurants are within walking distance and the free shuttle makes it easy to get to Old Pasadena. After checking out, our rental car broke down in the hotel's underground parking lot and we were forced to remain for many hours until the proper type of tow truck could be arranged. All of the staff were so kind and helpful to us while we dealt with the problem. Special kudos to Faustino; he is very professional.

I stayed in the Hotel Constance for three nights and was very happy with my stay. I would definitely stay here again for the same price. Pros: * Super friendly desk staff * Central Pasadena location on a safe street * Clean room with a very comfy bed * Fast internet * Great shower Cons: * Walls are a bit thin, and I could hear the cell phone ringing in the next room. My neighbors were quiet, so it wasn't a problem, but if you have a neighbor watching TV all night you will hear everything. * There is no privacy for the bathroom. Not a problem for me since I was traveling solo, but I do not recommend staying here with a romantic partner ;)

This property was recommended by a Rabbi that was holding a large event close by. I must say from the moment you check in till you checkout everything went seamlessly. The front desk associates were very courteous and accommodating. The room was very well laid out. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable. There were plentiful charging places throughout the room. Wonderful 55 inch flat screen tv. If it were sunny I would have truly enjoyed the pool area. A great place to spend the weekend.

Wonderful hotel recently had the pleasure of staying at. Super clean, wonderful rooms. Large high parking garage easily accessible to hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel as so many restaurants so close to choose from. No complaints whatsoever and will stay here again if in the area.
