My family and stayed here last year and it was horrible. We stayed in what they call a "kitchen cabin". More like bates motel. Bugs everywhere and dirty. So this year when our friends wanted to go back I wasn't so sure. We did go last week but this time we took our toy hauler. We should have did that... More

This property was not worth the money at all, when you consider we spent aprox$100 a night to ensure our dog could stay with us and that we would have a kitchenette. First, let me say, I have never stayed in a kitchenette unit that had no microwave and no coffee maker, no sponge and no paper towels. The unit... More

Rules on top of rules, you are in trouble as soon as the gate closes behind you. Great location but needs serious new management and a complete shift in consumer focused mindset. You will park in the wrong spot and get a tough note to go to the office like you are a 12 year old kid. You have to... More

Visited BML twice in the last few days. The first was to buy gas in our boat. Good gas dock with pay at the pump and reasonable gas price. We went into the little market which was stocked fairly well for on the lake. Nice lady attendant so I asked about the diner hours. Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays and open... More

I have visited this location many times over the years to have a meal in there restaurant. I took my boat there to launch and spend a couple hours in the lake with friends. I was charged $53.00 to use the boat launch. I will never return and will spread the words to my snow bird friends to stay away.... More

Black Meadow Landing Resort is a quaint, charmingly dilapidated compond at the end of a nione mile dead-end semi-paved road. The location, on the shores of Lake Havasu and at the fwwr of a ridge of orange and back mountains, is spectacular. There is a marina, a fully-stocked store and a decent restaurant. The store and the restaurant are operated... More

My wife and I along with extended family on some trips have utilized Black Meadow Landing for over 30 years. Most recently this past June 2013. Most of the family tent-camped while my wife and I rented a bungalow. Yes, I agree the bungalow's could be cleaned up a bit and updated. However, we spend most of our time on... More

I have been going to Black Meadow Landing for the past 30 years. The park has rules and regulations and some seem a little protective, however, those are not park rules as much as Bureau of Land Management rules. The park is a carefree warm welcoming fun family location. I can honestly say my group of 40-60 can be family... More
