The Clement Hotel is an amazing place based on an incredibly inventive concept: all meals, tips, etc. included. But what makes this hotel so interesting and cool is that it feels like you are staying in someone's very modern, fully staffed home. The clean, open, and fully stocked kitchen is available day and night, and the chefs cooked us vegan food! The staff had personally shopped for us, assuring that they had vegan provisions on hand. And the staff--I have never experienced such genuinely warm and welcoming behavior from a group! The intimate setting allows the staff to focus kindness and good will on you during the stay. The room was gorgeous: clean, quiet, well equipped. When we arrived, Sebastian took care of our luggage while Cid gave us an extensive tour, and by the time we arrived in our room, Gail had delivered a beautiful plate of crudite and hummus! We cannot wait to return to Palo Alto for a longer stay to enjoy this property again!

I booked the Clement for my 20-year wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beverage of our choice. The sangria and blood margarita were both delicious, so delicious that we stuck to that the rest of our stay. The dining room and sitting room area are elegantly decorated and comfortable. The design and all the amenities in the room are extremely thoughtful. There is an attention to detail and thoughtfulness to design that I’ve never experienced at any other hotel before. Things like reading lights in the headboard, automatic lights in the closets and heated bathroom floors make a huge difference. The staff are all amazing. They made sure that we had whatever we wanted or needed and checked in with us regularly. They were all so genuinely friendly and kind. There is a good variety of choices for breakfast, lunch a dinner. Everything we ate at the Clement was DELICIOUS! We enjoyed our stay so much that we already know we want to celebrate our next anniversary there.

Wonderful experience! Excellent location, wonderful staff, superb food, and peaceful and relaxing environment. The roof-top pool and sitting area is spectacular. Dining next to the kitchen and allowing "snacks" in the kitchen at all hours makes it feel like home.

There simply isn’t anything but amazing about the place. The staff led by Sebastian work so hard to make everyone perfect for every guest. It’s just pure indulgence for anyone who stays here. This is our second time in less than an year and I would recommend it for anyone for any occasion. The suites are well appointed, and food and drinks well prepared. We were told that it was a busy weekend and about 40 guests at the hotel but we saw at most 10 at any given time. I can’t say enough about the gracious staff. Can’t wait to come back.

Its Private, Exclusive, Inclusive, and Adorable. They property takes care of your every need all you have to do is ask. From the stocked fridge to the room service. From dining room to the Front desk. Everything is thought of and they care for you safety. I was advised not to go out while it was raining. I realized this was because the accidents increase in California even though I have experience driving in the rain it was nice to know that they were they to make that suggestion for your safety.
