Enjoyed a lovely staycation at The Clement Hotel in Palo Alto. The service, accommodations, and food is top-notch! The rooftop is awesome and features a pool, hot tub, and cabanas. I look forward to staying at the hotel again!

We could not have been more impressed with this hotel experience. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm smile by our personal concierge, Bernie, who was a spectacular host for us during our stay. The suite we stayed in was lovely and the amenities, specifically the rooftop pool and cabanas, were stunning. I want to make sure to comment on the food and drink because we were pleasantly surprised at every meal. At breakfast the eggs Benedict was delicious because of a homemade hollandaise sauce that contained just the right amount of creamy and spicy. At dinner the gnocchi was clearly homemade and came out perfectly. We also enjoyed the beef tenderloin that was cooked perfectly. The cocktails were great but even more impressing was the quality of wine from the Rose to the Zinfandel. Just splendid. Thanks Bernie!

I stayed one night in late September 2017 but never got the time to review it. I took a stay-cation and decided to treat myself, not only the hotel room was top-notch quality, the service and food were superb! From check-in, the receptionist was so courteous and introduced me the space before taking to my room, and the staff asked when I'd like to have dinner and what I'd like to have, and the dinner was brought up right away when I went down. They offered vast variety of food, dessert, and drink. The pool on the roof was beautiful, and you could see El Camino Real from the roof top. The room consisted of a living room, bedroom, and a spacious bathroom, and it provided everything I needed/wanted. When I checked out the next day, the staff was also very courteous and friendly. Overall, I could say this is my best hotel experience ever! You feel you're like a VIP there. Good food, superb service, beautiful room! I'd totally go back again!

So I stumbled across this gem by chance. Honestly this is the best business hotel I have stayed at and I had just come from the Ritz Carlton in Dallas. The staff were exceptional. The hotel perfect. I will Be back. Aaron

I have not stayed here but book rooms often for my boss. They are the easiest hotel to work with that I have ever come across, and I have booked with probably hundreds. They are willing to do anything they can to make their guest experience wonderful.
