We've had many stays at various motels in the Palo Alto area, and while they have all been good experiences, nothing beats the experience we had at Dinah's Garden. What a hidden gem this motel is. While the motel is right along El Camino, which can have quite a bit of traffic, the motel is tucked in well off the street so it is very quite. It is beautifully landscaped and serene. We were pleasantly surprised at how big our room was. The kitchenette area was quite large. I highly recommend this for your next stay.

Great stay. Everything good! Awesome room upgrade, convenient car charging, great food. All staff were attentive and upbeat. This is now my go to place when in that part of the Bay Area. Hope to be able to take advantage of the other amenities during my next stay.

Many thanks for the kind words and five star review of your first stay with us at Dinah's. We happy to hear that you enjoyed your room and our wonderful Poolside Restaurant, and that you were able to take advantage of our electric car stations located around the property. We would be proud to be your new go to place and hope that you will be in contact when you next plan on being in the Silicon Valley area. Best Regards, Steven Mathews Front Office Manager Dinah's Garden Hotel

I accidentally stumbled onto this hotel through Yelp and was amazed that something this unique was in the bay area. I felt like I was at a tropical destination with the lush grounds, Koi fish, little waterfalls, and amazing decor in the room. The service was impeccable. I have been to 5 star resorts in Hawaii and Dinah's level of customer service compares or exceeds. The room I booked was special as it was called the "FDR" suite with the most amazing shower. I would recommend to everyone to experience for sure.

We wanted to get away for the weekend to celebrate our little boy’s 5th bday since we couldn’t celebrate and have a huge gathering due to COVID but also we didn’t want to go to far, Dinah’s was the perfect place! We spent 2 nights and didn’t have to leave the property, we enjoyed our meals by the pool, the property was surrounded by lush plants and water ponds with koi fish and ducks.... special place, an oasis! The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, amenities complete when asked for. Staff very professional and polite. The owner and staff made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond! My family enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.

This place lived up to the previous reviews I had read. It is reasonably-priced with clean-spacious, well decorated rooms. It has a vacation-y feel to it and its the closest thing to Bali we have in the Bay Area these days. I had a Garden View room on the second floor with a view over-looking the pool. The poolside area was a bit too crowded for my taste due to Covid19, but the pool use was divided up by reservations in 15 minute increments which seemed to work. The staff was friendly and I would definitely plan a revisit sometime again for another Bay Area getaway not far from home.
