I have to frequently take my daughter to Stanford for medical care and we spend almost half the year down here. This is the 1st time we have found this place(we were told about it from Ronald Mcdonald house). We stayed in a suite and I have to say that this is the first time I have ever been able to truly relax before my daughters procedure. The room was comfortable and huge. Everything was clean and we even had a full kitchen if we wanted to cook. It felt like a home away from home. Being able to watch and feed the koi and the ducks at night was so relaxing. I wish I would have found the place last year. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool and the food and we both just got to relax despite the stress of her medical stuff. Thank you for giving me and my daughter a place to relax and unwind during our medical procedures. We will for sure be back !

Great stay. Everything good! Awesome room upgrade, convenient car charging, great food. All staff were attentive and upbeat. This is now my go to place when in that part of the Bay Area. Hope to be able to take advantage of the other amenities during my next stay.

The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms on the duck pond are incredibly peaceful. ( And since I live on a ranch with no neighbors for miles, I know what peaceful is ) Will be visiting again soon.

What an treat it was to have our first experience at Dinah's Garden Hotel! This property is centrally located in Palo Alto, very close to shopping and dining. We stayed in the 800 building in one of the larger suites with a steam shower. The room was expansive and clean, and the bed and linens were comfortable and nice. We were thrilled to discover the peaceful ambiance of the environment, including a Disney-esque walk through Koi ponds filled with mama and baby ducklings swimming around. The pool was fabulous - large, clean and WARM! We also enjoyed several nice meals poolside, which made it nice for social distancing during these COVID times. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this unique and charming property over any of the local chains. I can't wait to go back!

We had a great time as did our young children, particularly poolside. The staff are super friendly. They seem to have a crowd of regular customers who we saw greet each other often, and as a result they are welcoming to new folks while respecting your space at the same time. The kids were delighted to feed the ducks and koi just outside of the room. The rooms are simple, clean, spacious, and charming. Great value to boot!
