The graffiti that's been left on the elevator was the first sign of trouble. Then upon finally finding my room (there are no signs to help...More
The Lobby is SO huge and neat. Like a big 20's era Hollywood era set. The rooms are nothing special, but it's a very neat old building surrounded by sweet shops and restaurants. Parking is a pain, they recommended in City Hall. But otherwise a...More
Location: The best aspect of the hotel is the downtown Palo Alto location: in the middle of the downtown restaurants, close to the Caltrain, and close to Stanford. We were able to easily walk or take public transit to everywhere we needed to go.

There is an elevator right by the registration desk. However, I do not recall rooms on the first floor. Also, you will want to call to check for an accessible entrance. I am remembering stairs at the two entrances.
