This location is very nice, feels almost tropical, it was raining for 2 of the 3 days we were there but was still nice, we had a room on the 3rd floor and our biggest problem was the antiquated elevator, it was VERY slow and kinda scary, we could not get the doors to close and the elevator to operate...

The rooms are clean and roomy. Staff has been very nice and accommodating. The restaurant on premises has been very good. This is my second time staying here and I would stay again. It is also close to Stanford Hospital and prices are reasonable

The room was above average being that it is located in Palo Alto, California. The technology was up to date as far as request for room service, etc. However, the magnetic card strip kept demagnetizing throughout. Changed at least four times in a three day stay. Food was overpriced and not consistent to finding more food options like vegan and/or...

The hotel is set back from busy El Camino Real and so is very quiet with beautiful gardens. Relaxing and lovely. The room I was in was remodeled to very nice but showed a bit of age. Everything clean and thoughtful (iPad for ordering food).

I was surprised to be upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite overlooking lush greenery and fountain on a recent trip to Stanford Univ. area. Roomy living room and kitchen to be able to work half day prior to my meeting. Bed was so comfortable and Bath was spa-like (slippers, robe, shower settings, and bath/body supplies even included lip balm. Breakfast...

Disclaimer: I was only here from 11pm to 3am so this review is from a weary traveler. Apparently, there is a creek but I arrived so late in the rain exhausted and never saw it. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to lug my bag up steps. This is an expensive area...

It's a ways away from San Francisco but over the years that city has become a less attractive place to stay. Though down the Peninsula it was clean, quiet and accessible to El Camino Real and highway 101 for forays into SF, wine areas and attractions south. The grounds aren't as rustic as they once were with a multi-story building....

Have stayed here before while our daughter is at Lucille Packard Children's Hospital but never again. Charged $3,113.82 for 5 nights. They only offered junior suites on their web site so when I checked in I asked for a 2 bed room and they had one. Charged me the same price as the junior suite. Wednesday night was $752.95, the...

February 7, 2017 Dear rebeccajoy: Thank you so much for your feedback regarding your recent stay at the hotel, I hope that the visit to doctor went well. The rates in Palo Alto especially midweek can be extremely expensive and that is a fact here in the bay area. As indicated on my reply to your husband’s e mail this...

Hotel was solid. Super fast free wifi. Great deli on site and restaurant. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The only drawback was no in room movies. But with the wifi, you can rely on your computer for binge watching. Staff was fantastic. Although not a big chain hotel, you don't miss any of the amenities. I would stay there...

I stayed at the creekside inn for business. I never saw the price of the room, therefore it could be sufficiently affordable to justify the inconvenience. Pros: good pillows, decent water pressure in the shower, nice and helpful evening shuttle driver. Cons: two miles away from everything on a busy road, not walkable distance to anywhere. The shuttle is a...

February 6, 2017 Dear Sarah H: Thank you very much for taking the time to give us feedback regarding your stay at the hotel, we use your feedback for our continuous training and to seek improvement of our services. Our Tesla complimentary shuttle is very popular and busy during the evenings and the traffic in Palo Alto can be very...
