This hotel is relatively quiet though on a main road. Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with nice amenities. Love the rainfall shower heads. Separate shower cubicle. Chocolates on the bed on arrival! I had booked using the bed & breakfast option which was added value. Scrumptious breakfast - made to order eggs & toast in addition to a big...

Took grandson for a Stanford event and stayed here for two nights. Very helpful, rooms and beds are great. Any time we asked for anything, they were on it and wonderfully cheerful about it. We ended up eating at their restaurant several times simply because it was easier. It was ok, although expensive. Would stay here again.

I stayed at the Westin Palo Alto last month and it surpassed my expectations in every way. I especially want to commend Front Desk Supervisor Shavnel Singh for his excellence in ensuring that all of our needs were met. When we had a minor problem with the room he not only solved our problem but demonstrated sincere empathy and concern...

loved the hotel. the best experience in a hotel in a long while. I came with my 10Lb poodle and it was a non-issue, they even gave me the poop-bags upon arrival and there were many places to walk him. the room itself was extremely large for a single with a complete living room are and the bathroom was also...

If all you care about is the room and this location is convenient for your trip, go for it. Clean room, soft bed and nice sheets, fine soap and whatnot. Valet is fairly priced and fairly quick. Included breakfast (platinum perk) is limited to some form of warm eggs and muffins/fruit, but that's tolerable. But the late night crew is...

Stayed at The Westin in Palo Alto to attend a Stanford class reunion. Very friendly staff and nice room sizes. Unfortunately the rainy weather did not allow us to use the hotel´s pool. Great place to stay with the family.

$17/night Valet, quick response, very friendly. Quick check-in at friendly front desk. Kind of a long walk to the hotel room. Quick Wi-fi that is a bit finnicky (doesn't totally slow down like many during the evening but latency gets bad or something, some longish delays). Also you have to check your phone constantly to see if it is on...

Spacious room, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. High ceiling and fresh sheets. It is a quiet enclave convenient to downtown Palo Alto. I will stay here whenever I can. Comfortable desk & huge bathroom, but only one sink.

The hotel is very nice.. it's clean and very comfortable. The majority of the staff was great. Not real impressed with the front desk staff..in fact guy that checked us out was rude. Otherwise it was a great stay!
