Amenities were understandably closed with limited service because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The room feels smaller once inside the room by comparison to the images. The frosted windows face another building so there was minimal natural light.

Rooms very tiny but fine for one person. Very clean and comfortable. Great location downtown. The Patio is a restaurant come bar only one block from hotel, with lively crowd and Guinness on tap, which was nice.

I did not hear any street noise as other reviewers mentioned but I can hear word for word the conversation the gentlemen in the next room is having as well as each time he coughs. I was up at 5:45am as the hotel staff prepared breakfast in the hallway outside my room and there isn't even a bathroom door, just a shower curtain. I love boutique hotels but this is not one I'd ever stay at again

Very expensive with poor value. Breakfast is very terrible. Room environment is horrible. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel at all. I think they charge high price just for the Palo Alto downtown. But, you can stay in other hotels and have a Uber/Lyft ride to Palo Alto.

Traveled to Silicon Valley for work and was so so impressed by Hotel Keen. Had to book rooms for myself and colleagues and staff were so helpful coordinating all of my reservations. When we had a last-minute cancellation due to personal injury, they went out of their way to accomodate. Once we got there, staff were welcoming and kind. Our rooms were cute and perfectly-sized with all of the necessities. I was blown away by the complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit, bakery items, coffee/tea, granola bars, yogurt, oatmeal - I could go on! Really amazing. Hotel Keen very clearly cares and wants to make your stay amazing.
