I love how The Garden Court seriously treats you like family. From the phone call making our reservation to checking out everything was perfect. I must share that Tianni is the best with guest services. She took care of our reservation, took special care with my daughters birthday weekend, and award celebration. Her attention to detail, impeccable listening made THE PERFECT stay. Thank you so much! I feel many, many of us need to learn customer service skills from Tianni, no matter what industry you are in. Her attention to detail and care rolls up into a very successful package for both sides. I am totally grateful!

I was greeted happily by Donovan during my arrival. He has such a pleasant and welcoming smile, instantly offered to assist me with my luggage. Angelique at the front desk was such a sweetheart upon my check in. Offered me a toothbrush and toothpaste as I had forgotten mine. To my surprise I was even upgraded. My room had a fireplace and it was just what I needed as it was a bit chilly. The view from my balcony was just beautiful! Overall, great service and super comfy bed!

I want to say thank you to the front desk team by accomodating our mini getaway honeymoon. I love how friendly the staffs are and how they manage to pull a very romantic surprise for a short notice. My husband and I booked a night stay in Garden Court Hotel without any plan. As soon as we arrived, we are greeted by Tianni and Angelique with smile and warm welcome. They asked if there's any occasion for the stay and thats when we inform them that we are having our mini honeymoon. They congratulated us and soon suggested if we want them to reserve a restaurant for us. We gladly say yes since we are new to the place. Our room was very spacious. Clean and neat living room, big bathroom and i like the good smell of the room. Very comfortable bed and I love how they have free movies. 😊 We took a rest for awhile then headed out for dinner around 6pm. When we came back to the hotel, we are very surprised on what they did to our room. Yellow rose petals on the floor to our bedroom and bathroom, a heart shaped rose petals on our bed and a single rose for the wife. A greetings card and a plate full of fruits. How greatful I am that they asked the reason of our stay. They made it so memorable and unforgetable for us.1000 tumbs up on the yellow flowers my favorite color. 😍😍 They also put candle lights and champagne for me and my husband to share for the night very romantic. Ms Angelique and team thank you soo sooo much. I will surely come back to Garden Court Hotel again and recommend to my friends and family. Thanks to Donovan also who made sure our car was safe and parked well. If only i found out sooner of this place maybe I did my wedding here instead. Thank you again Garden Court Hotel team.

Upon arrival we were greeted at street level and escorted to the reception area. Our room was gorgeous with beautiful linens and Molton Brown toiletries. Our private balcony overlooked a European like courtyard which we thoroughly enjoyed. We look forward to getting back very soon.

We stayed at Garden Court last week for 5 nights in a King suite (#311) and had a fantastic experience all around. I'm a VERY picky traveler and usually stay at a Four Seasons or Rosewood, but decided this time to try this boutique hotel in the center of Palo Alto. The staff was amazing at every level, starting with the wonderful manager Tammy, all the way down to the bell staff and housekeeping. Literally every staff member we interacted with was friendly & helpful. I had read reviews here about how some rooms can be noisy, so I requested a quiet room and we got one, we never heard any noise (except for some morning hallway vacuuming at 9am-- we are late sleepers-- but when I mentioned it to Tammy she said she'd take care of that, and she did.). The room was luxurious and cozy, from large marble bathrooms, to clean/washable duvet covers, and even the little touches like a desk drawer filled with every office supply you can imagine (sticky notes, paper clips, scissors, tape, etc.). We loved the charming balcony to drink morning coffee. My only suggestion is to offer more healthy breakfast options (pastries were offered daily on each floor -- we would have loved fresh fruit, granola bites and healthy muffins instead). Enjoyed the convenience of walking out the door to all the shops and restaurants right there. All in all, a wonderful stay-- we'll be back and will tell all our friends/clients too! Thank you!

Dear 452ray, Thank you for your wonderful review. I am thrilled you decided to stay at Garden Court and to hear from your experience that you made the right choice. Everyday, I feel fortunate and very proud of my team. Although, each and everyone is unique and very different, I am amazed at how their genuine and sincere joy of helping others connects them. Your special mention of Tammy is greatly appreciated, I share your feelings-Tammy is great! I hope to meet you and thank you personally when your travels bring you to Palo Alto. with very warm regards, Jeffery Phillips

93 days I stayed in this hotel and I must say, it was hard to leave! ( house repair)
The service, people, consistently and integrity of the staff was exceptional.
I looked around for the right hotel knowing I would spend a great deal of time there. Room 318. Perfect. 550 square feet. King bed with sexy sheets that FEEL like silk, stunning white marbel bathroom, walk in closet, and a balcony. Try this beautiful hotel, you won't be disappointed!
The GM for the hotel, Mr. Phillips, let's just say he knows how to run a fabulous hotel!

Very nice little hotel. I loved the coffee and danishes on each floor in the mornings. Fresh fruit in the room upon arrival. The little balcony overlooking the courtyard was also nice. My only negative is that room services is limited after 10pm and there are no local restaurants open.

Loved the smooth reception, super location off the heart of University Avenue, getting our room early, Molton Brown bathroom amenities, fireplace, balcony, being upgraded after complaining about being in the room next to Employees quarters (there was a lot of chatter during the time we were in the room).
Room Tips: Room 306 is next the the employees room and can be noisy during the day. The wifi is a bit weak and inconsistent.

Yes, we do have a fitness center that is in line with the size of our property, at roughly 350 sq ft. It was just renovated last year and has all new cardio and weight equipment, including an elliptical, rower, bike, treadmill, free weights and cable strength machine.
Thank you for the question! We do indeed have three rooms on the second floor that are classified as ADA compliant. We're happy to assist you in making sure you receive one during your booking process. We hope to see you soon!
Warm regards,
Jeffery P.

Valet parking available. Lot is below the hotel.
Good evening, we do have aerated spa tubs in our 3 Grand Deluxe Suites and The Penthouse Suite-Total of 4,.
They are wonderfully therapeutic, it is not the power of a jetted jacuzzi, Our guests have shared positive feedback and prefer the hygenic benefits.
I hope this answers your questions, happy to answer more.
Warmest regards,
Jeffery
