When we arrived we were impressed by the beauty of the hall and the reception. Tyrone checked us in and he went above and beyond in giving us maps and info about restaurants and activities. He also gave us a free double upgrade. We loved our room: very clean, spacious and well designed. The bed was very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and used the pool bar: drinks and food are great as well as the staff. We’ll definitely return.
The place is spruced up with the tropical vibe of the Margaritaville vibe. I encountered additional fees when checking out even though the booking site claimed there would be none. If staying here check to see whether your room has a balcony. Ours did NOT and we wanted to enjoy the hot desert air from our room.
This resort is awful. Our room wasn’t ready until 5. They had a special event so only one pool was open for a bunch of people. Someone threw up in the pool so they shut it down for 2 hours. The elevators broke down . Total rip off, don’t stay here .
My family enjoyed our short stay. Staff is amazing and very accommodating. However, there are some things that could be better. 1. Shower - only hot is available. It’s not boiling hot temp but not as comfortable temp for a child to shower. 2. Key card - our key cards failed two to three times. Not sure why. 3. I have two rooms, the first room of the two rooms , the room was very stinky. Smells like fecal. But when I addressed it, they gave me another one. Aside from those listed, everything was ok. One thing we noticed the most is how friendly, helpful and awesome the staff is. From the front desk staff, to the bartenders, pool side peoples, security. Thanks
Nice hotel with very nice people… clean and friendly.. very comfortable beds… Towels at the pools and lovely swimming pools They just forgot to clean our room the fist morning… Quiet time in Palm Springs
If I could rate 3.5 I would. Our room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm which was kind of annoying and inconvenient especially in the middle of summer when you just want to get to your air conditioned room and unwind after a long drive in. But the room was nice and clean. Most of the food was unseasoned and bland (and expensive) apart from the calamari and steak which were really good. Drinks were expensive but pretty good/strong. Customer service was overall great and everyone was friendly aside from the guy working the coffee shop in the morning. I didn’t get his name but he was rude, seemed annoyed by the simplest of questions and when I told him to have a nice day he ignored me and just walked away. Jo who was taking orders at the main pool was the best! Even though the pool was busy, somehow she was always around when we needed something and even when we didn’t and was super friendly! Also the power went out one of the evenings but it was back up fairly quick. Overall we had a good time and would probably stay here again for the vibes and affordability compared to other Palm Springs hotels this time of year.…
Marco was absolutely wonderful and did a fantastic job. The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful, they made the evening so special. I would definitely recommend to any of my friends! Stunning ambience inside too!
I'm shocked to write this but our stay was not good, they seemed to have a summer kids camp here when we stayed and all you heard of an evening were kids running up and down the hallways, playing music and partying. So sad as this was our final stop of a road trip through the US.
Such an amazing experience! My husband and I are here for our honeymoon! Brian and Gina are so awesome 👏 thank you so much for making our stay extra special!! Gina made me feel so special and beautiful. My nails look beautiful!! Brian is so sweet and very amazing. His customer service was phenomenal. ♥️♥️♥️ Terry & Jay 🍍
We were very disappointed with our experience, but I must acknowledge Kiki for doing all she could to rectify the situation. That being said, the resort was over booked with events, parking was a complete nightmare, valet was never available and hotel guests seemed to be an afterthought. The resort is way over priced considering this is a remodeled hotel built in 1959. I love the Margaritaville Resort concept, and hope that their other properties are managed better.
