A perfect place for friends and family if you’re looking for a fun, carefree vacation! The staff was so accommodating and the hotel really is the perfect place to lounge around in the sun. I recommend the spicy margarita for your stay;)
The staff was courteous and professional. We were a little annoyed that we had to pay $18.00 for valet after we drove to self parking and there were no spots. I don't think that was fair. We had lunch at the JWB Grill inside. The food was fantastic! It seemed they were understaffed as our waitress looked very busy. There were some flies buzzing around our meal which was very annoying but I understand that's hard to control with an outdoors scenario. We had 2 issues w/ our room. The fridge inside looked old and dirty. There was also a hair in it. Our tub had a couple pieces of hair as well. Besides that and spending $6.00+ for a bottled water, we enjoyed the stay. We wouldn't stay there again though with all the options in the area. Note: I understand at this point masks are a choice, but I feel more assured when employees wear a mask. There was only 1 person at the front desk wearing a mask. Most employees were maskless. Cameron at the front desk and Brandon at valet were great!…
My wife and I just spent a very enjoyable week at the Margaritaville Resort in Oalm Sorings. We were a bit hesitant going on vacation as my wife has as one mobility issues and is awaiting surgery, but the staff at the resort could not have been more accommodating. They made sure we had a ground floor room with easy access to the pool. The staff were great and the food at the resort was very good. There are also several good restaurants within easy walking distance of the resort, including the 1501 Gastropub and Billy Reeds. The room was spacious and bright and the bed very comfortable. The only issues I can think of is that better signposting is needed as it was initially confusing getting from our room in building 4 to the main building and that the wall sockets in the room were worn to the extent that plugs would easily fall out.…
Had an amazing time and Justin greeted us with a smile. His professionalism and accommodating my wife and service dog was spot on. Can’t wait to see him again and the amazing Margaritaville! We extended our trip twice!! Thank you Justin.
We stopped off one night at Margaritaville. This was our first time to stay here, and the first impression is how big it is. When checking in, I spoke with Andrew of our various physical limitations. Andrew listened. He put us in a perfect room. I was impressed. We ate dinner at the JWB Grill and were not disappointed. Our server Karen was most pleasant and helpful. Food was good. The room was more luxurious than I expected. The grounds are immaculate. Overall our experience was great. The thing that stood out was how friendly all the staff was. We will return.
Overall great but, on our last day housekeeping or someone with a room key came in to our room at 5:30 a.m. while we were sleeping, apologized & left. Don’t know if it was an attempted robbery or what was going on. Very unsettling. We informed the front desk.
We stayed there two nights and had a great time. The atmosphere at the hotel is very relaxing, pools are great with good cocktails. Location is not fully central but only 10USD Uber ride to Downtown. Rooms are nice, new and very comfortable with comfy beds. Despite large room there is almost no place for the clothes and there is some strange lack of furniture in the room - only one chair etc. Also we missed the possibility to open the window in our room without balcony. Also there is noise from the corridor and you can here people a floor above. Gym is small but ok. There may be some minuses but in general we loved the atmosphere and had a great relaxing time.
This place used to be the incredible Riviera. It’s gone way downhill since it became Margaritaville. Now it’s cheesy and falling apart. Pool area is a mess, lounge chairs with rotting seats, water & towels empty, trash blowing everywhere. Poor upkeep, unhappy/unfriendly staff. Will not be back
Recieved an excellent hydrating signature facial and deep tissue massage this week during spring break. The facial was amazing and left my skin glowing. It was so relaxing I fell asleep! Highly recommend! Better than facials I get at skincare med spas. Also received a deep tissue massage. Also excellent and did the trick! Worked all that stress right out. The wet sauna is awesome and hot! The staff are excellent and very friendly!
I’ve stayed and worked in many hotels throughout my career in travel and I have to say in all honesty that the service provided at this hotel is amongst the worst. Firstly I want to say that the staff at both the coffee shop and restaurant were really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my praise ends there. We arrived late (3am) and therefore went straight to bed and woke to a flooded bathroom. This was a recurring issue throughout our stay and was reported to housekeeping on several occasions with no attempt to rectify this. On two occasions there was feces coming up through the plug hole in the bath tub (if you can call it that - not even big enough to fit a child). Don’t dare ask for any form of room service or even water past midnight as you will be told no. Two poxy paper cups for your morning coffee with two coffee pods. The hotel has a poignant sewage smell and enjoy being swarmed by flies throughout your stay. Housekeeping! Well! What can I say.. Cheap towels and your bed made (when they can be bothered). Absolutely no attempt to clean the room and it seems very in keeping with the hotels lack of ambition to help make your stay more comfortable. We spoke with the hotel manager and decided to check out early as no room upgrade would have made up for the general poor service of the hotel. The manager was full of smiles and very professional and did offer compensation, however I have to take some accountability in not reading others reviews of this hotel as it seems similar things have been mentioned which the hotel have consciously decided not to act upon. Avoid this hotel at all costs, it does not represent Palm Springs and is in desperate need of a wake up call!…
