Always a great stay! We drive from San Diego here at least once a month. It's always worth it! Pool, rooms and customer service are amazing. We will keep coming back again and again. Food is really good too especially the JWB Grill. Fins Up!

2 words, Anthony Simpson. This guy is amazing. My wife and I just celebrated our anniversary at the resort. We were out of water for basically an entire day because some racers knocked out the water pipe, but he was the bright spot of out stay. He got us a tray of strawberry covered chocolate and a wine bottle. As if that wasn't enough, we received a $100 dollar resort credit and our resort fees were supposed to be waived. Unfortunately, there must have been a mix up because at checkout they didn't recognize the credit or waived fees. Because of the lack of water, we couldn't use the spa either. If it wasn't for Anthony, I might have given 3 stars for the inconvenience, though it wasn't the resort's fault. It was our anniversary weekend and I feel like the water situation being that major, we should have received a decent discount.

Hello, First off, thank you for spending your anniversary with us! We regret you ran into some issues during such a special weekend, but we are happy to know Anthony was able to make up for it in part. He is a valued member of the team, and we'll be sure to pay him your kind compliments. That said, please accept our apologies for the water situation and the mixup with your bill. Our maintenance team is working hard to fix the pipe and get everything in working order soon. We encourage you to reach out to us directly offline so we can discuss any further billing concerns. It is our hope you'll return someday and get the full experience of our hospitality. Until then, we wish you all the best! Fins Up!

I read a lot of reviews for hotels in Palm Springs before my visit in December 2021. We had never been to PS and our friends from FL were coming with us. I was very nervous because there are some iffy reviews about every hotel in PS including Margaritaville. Well I'm here to tell you that I've come to the conclusion that those people may be A. Karen/Kens or B. used to staying at the Four Seasons. This hotel did not disappoint. The pictures online actually look like what you will find when you arrive! For us, it was perfectly located near everything we planned on doing, we brought our dog and I was so happy the property was dog friendly. The only thing they could have done better was have water bowls around the property and maybe dog treats just to be over the top. Pools were heated, fire pits and games (giant jenga, ping pong, bikes) included in your fees. I'm sure there is more going on during high season poolside and it looks great. Cabanas, plenty of chairs and 3 different bars on property. Agua Caliente casino downtown is just around the corner as well as many dining options. The food on property was great (we had breakfast) and I can only imagine the other offerings are great based on our experience. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. We had 3 rooms in total and we all were happy with the clean and well kept accommodations. Our shower probably could have been a bit hotter but considering this is a desert location I bet they set the heat for optimal temps during hot season. The landscaping was very nicely kept, there were many different green areas separating the rooms and it was easy to navigate from one spot to the lobby etc. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Margaritaville. Shoutout to: David in the bar, great personality, Demar, Bing Bong - nice young guy who helped us learn slang we could say to our kids to annoy them, Andrew and Tyrone at the front desk, professionals. Thanks again.

We had a friends weekend at the Margaritaville Resort and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Rooms were all clean, the staff was friendly and the service was great! Three 5-Star Highlights to call out: The Spa, The Food and the 5’Oclock Somewhere Pool Bar First things first book a pedicure with Gina in the Spa. She was BRILLIANT and ended up taking care of most of our crew based on word of mouth. Second make sure you relax by the pool and if Aaron or Idalis are pouring the drinks then you are in great hands! And the nosh.. We highly recommend the following from the kitchen: Calamari, Fried Chicken Sandwich, Banh Mi Sandwich, Ceviche, Fish Tacos, French Fries, Chilaquiles, Pancakes, Casamigos Margaritas (of course! Ha!), Texas Bloody Mary, Breakfast Bowl, Breakfast Sandwich In closing this was a great stay at a good property. If suggested again we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
