...The music at the pool was nice - in the 300 and 400 block of rooms are facing the family pool, which appeared to be the quieter side of the resort while we were there (however we admittedly did not spend any time on the other side of the property as we were really enjoying where we were). The restaurant is on that side of the resort, the music is a bit loud on the weekends but it shuts down by 10 to 10:30 pm, so that was not an issue at all...

...We paid more for a specific ground level room because of the size and spaciousness. The front desk admitted that they 'trick' the public by overbooking these rooms with their algorhythm... We were told that they were fully booked and needed to take a smaller upstairs room... We decided to stay the night because we couldn't find a decent hotel opening that night... We went out to dinner and then came back to our room... And usually they would just move us out of the room, but there was no vacancy... We found a new hotel and moved out...

On our last night there a person with a heavy foot step was above us and seemed to only sleep for a few hours, not unexpected in a hotel... Some of the plugs in the room did not work, but as I understand it they are working on that issue...

Sorry to say, but 45 minutes before our arrival we were "relocated", the guests in our room (booked and fully paid for more than a month ahead) decided to extend their stay. To the staff's credit, they found a room meeting our needs on the first floor by the adult-only pool with a nice private patio... We found the room amenities to be minimal with no microwave, concrete floors, and little unpacking space...

I was in the 400s building they had a pumbling problem but they were so quick to change our room and also we refund us 50$ for the inconvenience... Just one thing about the hotel and rooms they don’t have microwaves but other then that very clean I love how you can message them or text them self check in it’s great and they response super fast Very beautiful rooms and the chair on balcony very comfy and the pool and bonfire pit very hit and urban I love it...

Again, the front desk (who seemed like they were checking people into a dorm or airbnb and not a hotel) just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do... We decided to stay the night because we couldn't find a decent hotel opening that night... I had to call several times that week to make sure that we were not charged... Even when they refunded me, it was at a lower rate than what I paid---and then had to fight for the right amount... Stay far far away and do not give money to Sonder...

Even though I arrived crying from the nightmare that I had arrived from and the fact that I had to change plans last minute traveling with a baby- they welcomed me with a glass of wine, lovely customer service, a clean and well maintained room ..thank goodness I was able to find alternate accommodations...

Finally, our shower head needed repair the first day were were there and that was taken care of right away... Very pleased with the speedy and unintrusive repair... ...The staff were amazing, helping us in any way when we made requests, the hotel is gorgeous with a great restaurant and two fully equipped fun and tranquil pool areas. Special shout out to Alex and Jordan who saved us when our car battery died, not only did they jump start the car with their own cables they pushed it into the middle of the car park and gave us advice on how to keep it from happening again AND THEN loaded all our luggage into the car... Cannot express how grateful we were for all the staff but in particular Alex and Jordan!...

Just one thing about the hotel and rooms they don’t have microwaves but other then that very clean I love how you can message them or text them self check in it’s great and they response super fast Very beautiful rooms and the chair on balcony very comfy and the pool and bonfire pit very hit and urban I love it...

...It was so easy doing everything through the app, but there was really friendly staff who helped us too!... The owner even turned on the fire pit for us so we could make s’mores :)!... Would definitely recommend to stay here and will for sure be coming back!...

...Having two separate rooms made relaxing in the room very comfortable. The kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker and fridge counter was great to keep our snacks and drinks available for our stay... Also having a spacious bathroom made getting ready to hit the town great... The attached restaurant to the "V" is great, but they wouldn't serve us on the "V" side of the restaurant, even though they have a really nice bar and table area for the "V" guests... The outside pool area is nice and clean and has what you need to chill out by the pool... The room,425, could use a little updating but overall, it was really conducive for a relaxing weekend... The location was very close to the downtown strip area which made it the perfect Palm Springs location...

...Came here with my girlfriends for my Bachelorette and had such comfy stay! The pools / pool areas are lovely, in the "summer" months they have an amazing DJ at their pool... They have a second pool if you are not into the party mode that is more chill... Lots of parking, and location is close to everything!...

We always enjoy our stay at Sonder V in Palm Springs. Rooms are nice and staff friendly... Carey and Damien worked hard to get us into a great room with a pool view... I know it was a busy Easter weekend, so I appreciate anyone going above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable... This is our preferred hotel each visit to PS... I know it’s not the case in every room here, but maybe consider adding a floating shelf above the toilet to help with this issue... We made due by using the patio table in the bathroom for an extra surface... These did not effect our enjoyment of our stay, just a note to make it better for the next guest... Also guests should note there is an adult pool and family pool... I consider this a big perk of staying here This was being ignored by some guests... Just something the staff should keep an eye on if it’s a advertised plus for this property...

...Has a separate adults and child pool area. Loved the large bed furniture at the pool... Great central location to town yet far enough away too... As for the room it was near the pool which was very convenient yet loud late into the night... Room comes with ear plugs which could come into hand...

I have stayed in a few Sonder properties and they have been great. I was disappointed with this one, while it had a great location and facilities unfortunately my room was really unclean... It seemed the floor hadn’t been vacuumed or the bathroom mopped... Also the beds by the pool need brushing off daily - they are really dirty and grimy... Otherwise it’s a top place to stay - just needs a really good clean...

I loved my stay at Sonder V!... The room decor and furnishings are in very good taste (far better than most typical hotels), the bed was super comfortable and they didn't skimp on fluffy pillows... The place is well kept up and clean... It's in a moderate price category, but has such a quality ambiance, it honestly felt like a luxury hotel... Sonder V is now my go-to place in Palm Springs!...

...We paid more for a specific ground level room because of the size and spaciousness... We decided to stay the night because we couldn't find a decent hotel opening that night... We went out to dinner and then came back to our room...

...It was a little cool in the mornings, the hot tub was a great way to start the day, with hummingbirds flying around. The music at the pool was nice - in the 300 and 400 block of rooms are facing the family pool, which appeared to be the quieter side of the resort while we were there (however we admittedly did not spend any time on the other side of the property as we were really enjoying where we were)... The restaurant is on that side of the resort, the music is a bit loud on the weekends but it shuts down by 10 to 10:30 pm, so that was not an issue at all... The beds were cozy, the wifi/internet was strong, lots of towels in the room... If you are on the ground floor you have easy access to the pool, if you are on the second floor you have a nicer view overlooking the pool but you have to walk out the back and down the stairs... There is also filtered water available at all of the ice machine stations... Finally, our shower head needed repair the first day were were there and that was taken care of right away... Thank you Sonder, Carey, Philip and Casey for making our getaway awesome!...

The pool is phenomenal; the vibe of the resort/restaurant is very California. I was very impressed - especially for this price range... If you notice, the more recent reviews are generally more positive, so I'm guessing there has been a recent overhaul of the property... Even the amenities in the room were unexpected and welcome... It's very convenient to have a restaurant on site that makes food all three meals... My friend and I shared a breakfast burrito (egg, cheese, and sausage) with home fries (potatoes with veggies) every morning for $18, I believe... Super filling, fresh ingredients, and high protein!... They deliver your meal to you at the pool, where there are plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and pool beds in both the sun and the shade... Philip handed me his business card with his cell number hand-written on it, inviting me for free drinks and implying that he could get me additional stays at Sonder... Minus a couple minor updates needed in the room, everything else about the stay was truly wonderful!...

...Pluses: nice beautiful pool, clean and big rooms, comfortable bed, big mirror at the bathroom, comfortable parking, code entrance system- which is very convenient (you don’t have to search for cards or keys), modem and quiet, bar Gigi’s is one of the most attended is located right there. The most important is that stuff and management board here are just awesome: they’ll help you to solve any question, very careful for their clients, which makes you feel yourself like you’re staying with your best friends;) Minuses: none!...

...Carey went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and my daughter happy... The hotel is also perfectly situated (close enough to downtown Palm Springs but not too close so as to enjoy a quiet and less busy stay) and is one of the nicer hotels in the area... The pools and hot tubs were fantastic...

...The staff were amazing, helping us in any way when we made requests, the hotel is gorgeous with a great restaurant and two fully equipped fun and tranquil pool areas. Special shout out to Alex and Jordan who saved us when our car battery died, not only did they jump start the car with their own cables they pushed it into the middle of the car park and gave us advice on how to keep it from happening again AND THEN loaded all our luggage into the car...

I was in the 400s building they had a pumbling problem but they were so quick to change our room and also we refund us 50$ for the inconvenience... Amazing price and great location. The rooms are a little old looking but overall very clean and nice pool/outdoor area... Love the hanging chairs on the balcony as well!... I liked not having to carry around a room key, having a code for everything was so convenient...
