Step into a mid-century modern oasis at the foothills of the San Jacinto mountains. At V Palm Springs, each space features an urban minimalist design with gold accents contrasting dark wood. Soak up the sun from two outdoor pools and hot tubs. Cool off with the Watermelon Splash cocktail from Elixir, the poolside restaurant and bar. Or try the croquettes with white truffle honey from Gigi’s, another on-site restaurant serving up desert-inspired, farm-to-table fare. On the weekends, you can hear funky beats from the occasional DJ. But the adventures won't stop there. Palm Canyon Drive is the go-to spot for mid-mod boutiques, clubs, and neon art galleries. Live your California dream at V Palm Springs.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the help we received from the staff when we accidentally left a laptop computer in our room after checkout. The staff at the V should be commended for their kindness and professionalism.

We had a great lunch at the restaurant, and relaxed by the pool for a better part of the day. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will choose this hotel again and refer our other friends to do so.

Great place, rooms, pool, restaurant - Gigi’s, atmosphere. Easy simply check in etc. Will definitely return for some R&R. Within decent walking distance of downtown, tons of restaurants, coffee shops and juiceries. This place was super clean in all facilities.

The staff I chatted with as well as the housekeeping staff were outstanding and extremely helpful in every way. This was a great experience. The room was great, the price made it a tremendous value. I also liked the Ap and it’s functionality.

Loved our staycation here. There was a DJ at the pool everyday of our stay, not sure if its every weekend though. Both pools are great, the pool bar is even better and the servers are very nice! Our room was on the second floor and overlooked the pool which we enjoyed. The room was clean and had nice features, my only complaint is that it wasn't super cold in the room but much better than outside. Overall, whole experience 10/10. Highly recommend any Sonder Hotel

Cool newly Renovated mid century hotel. This hotel uses the new contactless system which we found great. Rooms are spacious and well appointed nice shower pressure and amenities. The pool was well-maintained and large. Nice misters! We had a nice room with a king bed that had six pillows it was very comfortable. We had a slight problem checking in because I had paid for early check-in but when we arrived at the room was not clean. I tried contacting customer service on the app which was an absolute nightmare and idiotic. They want me to take the time to send them photos to some customer service email I didn’t understand how that was going to help me at the moment. It didn’t help at all! Camilla the manager at the front desk hooked us up with a new room within minutes and gave us a nice cold water. Great customer service coming from the front desk if you need it. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday and unfortunately the restaurant and bar was closed so you couldn’t get a drink while lounging by the pool. And you had to go to another hotel or another restaurant to have breakfast or dinner. They did however have an ice and water machine on the main floor close to the pool. Unfortunately the biggest negative was the extremely loud air-conditioning unit in the room. Although they did provide some complimentary earplugs are useless against the rumble of that crazy loud air conditioning unit. Other than that it’s a great hotel very clean great system.

2/5 stars- If it wasn't for the friendly staff that worked at the front desk I would be giving a 1 star. If you do not have time to read all of this review, at least read about the room! They charge a $25 dollar fee for early check in. This is the first hotel that I have stayed at that charge’s this fee. Checking in/ front desk- Right off the bat there is no 24 hour staff here. I wouldn't even really call it a front desk. There is no concierge. I was very dissatisfied that there was no way to contact the front desk immediately. You must call or text guest services with information about your reservation then they contact the staff or front desk. Why not get rid of the middle man and avoid the loop hole? This was not convenient what so ever. There are no key card to access your room, it is an 8 digit code. Also, no elevators on the property and no bellman. Pool- There are 2 pools. One is family friendly and the other is 21+. Pools were somewhat clean but there was never any pool towels in the designated area. **This is where having easy phone access to the front desk would have been nice.** Room- 0 STARS! Our sheets had stains all over them!! Absolutely disgusting. I wish my family and I would have looked at these before checkout. I always remove the bedding before checkout to help the cleaning crew. I wish I would've done this before we slept in them. I have attached photos below so you can see both beds were stained. Brown, grey and clearish stains. There was mold in our shower! (pictures below) All of the walls are baseboards were dusty and had dirt marks all over. I believe the property manager needs to double check that his/hers cleaning staff if doing their jobs accordingly. There was a DJ that played at the 21+ pool from 12-6:30pm. Our room of course was right in front of that pool. I would have requested to move to a different building if I new the DJ was going to be this loud. If you are looking for a quiet spot, this isn't it. We had to leave our room because of the noise. Also, the air conditioning unit is attached to the wall with the sliding door to have access to your balcony. Oh boy, did our sliding door rattle ALL day and night because of this. Made it difficult to sleep... Parking- SUCKS! They have a restaurant on the property called Gig's (super cute). Didn't dine in but you should stop by and see it. There is already limited parking on this lot but to make it even more limited they have valet for their restaurant... So valet takes parking spots for Gig's customers which takes away parking spots from paying guests. I paid to stay here, I deserve to have a spot. This was super annoying. Everyone has a different experience at every hotel, but for some reason this hotel did not work. Was really dirty and we won't be back... Hoping guest services will see this and hopefully reach out.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The pool has a great atmosphere. The rooms was very cute looking. I like that you get all the check-in details over the phone and don’t have to wait to check in or out, no need to worry about returning keys.
