pstThis hotel delivered for its convenient location next to downtown restaurants and shopping, as well as for its large pool area. Rooms vary considerably – we asked to switch our King Patio room first floor for the same-priced King Pool view – second floor – after seeing that the walled-in patio was adjacent to the main parking lot. The elevator wasn’t working, making it a bit of a struggle to bring up our luggage, but the pool view room was definitely worth changing for. Even though the pool was large enough, you really couldn’t have more than eight people at a time due to social distancing. During the mornings, there were few in the pool so that wasn’t a problem. The jacuzzi and spa were also closed. I asked that the manager to please waive the $19 per night resort fee which was supposedly for the use of pool towels and two bottles of water – and she did. Overall, still a good value and nice, central place to stay during the pandemic.

This was my fourth stay at Palm Mountain Resort. I love the resort and the location is perfect. The pool is fantastic, I believe it's 9 ft deep. It can be difficult to find a pool over 4 ft deep. You can actually swim. The entire staff is lovely and helpful, even our grandsons remember their names. We are always looking for a new twist to our trips so I asked everyone if we should try a new resort or hotel in Jan. The vote was a unanimous NO!

This hotel is located walking distance to all. All the staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area is well maintained and opened till I think 9 or 10 great to hang out by after dinner. The rooms are average but clean the bed is comfortable its just that the rooms need a little perking up. It is not a full service hotel which is good because you can make your own drinks and bring to the pool .Otherwise I cannot complain at all about this property you will not regret booking here

My boyfriend and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and we had an amazing time. The hotel is located close to great restaurants and shopping. The General Manager, Steven, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Michael from the hotel staff always made great conversation with us and ensured that COVID-19 guidelines were upheld. Can't wait to visit again later this year!
