The Hilton Palm Springs was another great experience! From the check-in to the room to the whole experience, I think it was an outstanding stay! I booked the stay in a standard King Mountain View room, but at check-in, I was upgraded to a King Pool View Junior Suite, a perk of my Diamond status. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was on my way with two complimentary bottles of water. The room was impeccably clean, bright and spacious - perfect for my week-long stay. I also enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the pool area - perfect for morning coffee before heading to the pool. Breakfast for Diamond members is the American breakfast off the menu, or a $12 credit for whatever you'd like to order ala carte. This was perfect for me as I usually just had oatmeal, a cup of fruit and some juice. The service was great, and it was always nice to sit on the patio adjoining the restaurant's main room just to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Breakfast right now due to COVID ran from 7 AM - 11 AM. The pool area is also well-maintained, and opens each day at 9 AM. There were plenty of lounge chairs and towels available. There was always a very nice vibe at the pool. There is a bar that opens daily at 11 AM, and you can order drinks and food. The pricing was what you'd expect at a property such as this, but I feel like the great service from the bartenders made up for it. The fitness center was small but adequate, and was also clean and well-maintained. The staff throughout the property were also friendly and helpful. There is also a new (and highly-recommended) burger place that has opened in the lobby of the Hilton; it's called The Heyday. It's only open limited days/hours, from Wednesday thru Sunday, from 12 - 8 PM. I wasn't able to get there, but heard rave reviews about it. I plan to check it out on my next visit. If I had one suggestion, it would be to reduce or eliminate the $18/night parking fee, or offer a reduced rate for Hilton Honors elite members. There was adjacent street parking around the hotel if one opted to use it. Overall, I love this property. Even during the tail end of the pandemic, they were adhering to all masking/cleaning/social distancing guidelines, and made me feel safe. I've stayed here before and am already planning another return visit. The Hilton Palm Springs is a great place!…
We came back again to stay at this resort based on our experience from our 50th Anniversary tour in the fall. It was even better than our last trip, especially with the lessening of the virus protocol. The room was great, same as we had on our last trip-on the first floor opposite the pool with a large grassy area. Great when you are traveling with service dogs. Restaurant service was great Dean the host. The front desk and house cleaning took care of our every need. This was everything one would want on a getaway. We will be back in the fall when the temperature is lower.
I’m a Marine that was going to my duty station in Twentynine palms and needed a place to stay the night i landed in palm springs, its not far from the airport, the service was good, the room was very clean and had everything i needed, and the price was extremely affordable.
The Hilton Palm Springs is always a spectacular experience. Its location is the most convenient in Palm Springs and the rooms, amenities, food and service are always perfect. I look forward to my visits.
Shower was dirty on arrival and the room was dusty. Hotel needs upgrading in a bad way. The bed was soft and sinking. Noise was an issue and could easily hear through the walls. Parking was $18 a night. Staff was nice.
