(Also, they said they were full and couldn't provide a room upgrade but the facility didn't seem to be anywhere near that busy; I could be wrong about that though)...

This hotel is perfectly located in downtown Palm Springs... My only issue is that the rooms were quite outdated and in need of renovations... They were dirty at points, and the areas did smell of smoke at certain places... With that being said, my room backed onto the pool yard and it was a very nice stay...

My airline put us here last minute... Most hotels treat us like welcomed guests and that is wonderful after a long day... Unfortunately, Hilton Palm Springs does not do that... They will always leave you hanging, waiting..you are contracted nothing...

My hubby and I enjoyed a short relaxing stay. We highly recommend the rooms with a poolside patio!... The Patio had a table with chairs and 2 loungers... We were steps away from the pool, had the privacy of palms and also gorgeous mountain views... The grounds are well kept and the outdoor dining and bar area is very nice... The pool was warm, there are 2 hot tubs and also seating around a gas firepit...
