Hotel's Favorite
Room 379 standard 2 beds The room was very comfortable, blackout curtains, comfy bed, clean, quiet, coffee maker, mini fridge, safe box, patio with nice Mountain Views. There is a charge of $18 for self parking or $25 valet parking. Nice pool with their own bar and food service, I would suggest a little more shade areas at the pool but omg. It was great and fun. Casino is right next door if you like gambling. Right in the middle of all major entertainment like bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Staff super friendly and helpful. I felt so welcomed from the moment I opened those doors.

This is a comfortable hotel, with an overall clean room and relatively quiet for sleeping. The location within downtown Palm Springs is ideal. The staff are friendly. However, be careful with the billing practices here. When making a reservation by phone, I asked about a resort fee and was assured that this would not be included. However, when I checked out of my room, a $22/night resort fee was added and the staff refused to remove this despite it not having previously been disclosed. An $18/night parking fee was also inadvertently added (I didn't have a car), but they did agree to remove this.

Hotel is at convenient location with lots restaurants and bars. Casino next door. Nice pool to hang out and room was renovated with a big tv and tiled walk in shower. Unfortunately front desk acts like I owe them money.

Front desk is a clown act. I'm a Diamond level as a business owner and was told I couldn't get 800 points to charge their average breakfast on my Hilton Amex. Said "because airline contracts prohibit food points",Just because I have another job with an airline. And this is not our airline contracted hotel! This has happened NO WHERE around the world except here!! Look around first!

Centrally located, clean, quiet, easy parking (but $18 a day for parking is a bit much for outside parking). Good staff, very quick check-in. Pool is ok, would have preferred a bit bigger (it gets very crowded). Comfortable room with good airco, good beds, big TV, fridge, safe and decent bathroom.

This Hilton is tired and in dire need of a makeover. I had a choice between staying here or at the Doubletree a few miles away. Chose the Hilton due to convenience as we were meeting friends there. Anyway, the grounds need some TLC, the hotel amenities are pretty scarce. Hey Hilton, a nice coffee bar would be nice in the lobby. And considering this is the desert, how about a water station as well. On the plus side, the rooms appear to have been renovated recently. Ours was comfortable and had nice furnishings. However, the carpet needs a deep cleaning. Requests for minor maintenance took two calls to get action. Housekeeping requests were immediately responded to. Speaking of housekeeping, I’m calling foul on Hilton’s new policy of having to call to have the room refreshed except for the third or fourth day. Seems they liked the Pandemic shutdown and not having to keep housekeeping staff on board. C’mon. This is supposed to be a top of the line hotel, not a Motel 6! Finally, it would be nice to have USB charging ports available bedside. Although the restaurant menu is minimalist at best, I did have breakfast which wasn’t bad. The inside bar was pleasant and had great staffing. Background music could have been lower so you could converse without yelling! On our next visit we’ll be staying at the Doubletree.

This hotel is amazing! The rooms were large and very clean ( we had a poolside room). The staff were wonderful, especially Bill from round the pool and Renato at the pool bar. The food is lovely - especially around the pool. The weather was beautiful- we couldn't have had a better time. Well done to everyone at the hilton palm springs
