We ran off to The Willows for a four day mini-vacation this week and found a lovely luxurious historic eight room home with beautiful grounds. The Willows was peaceful, private and the service was spot on and attentive. We could not have asked for more and every member of the staff was professional and warm. I wouldn't call the Inn...

This is probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The setting is really beautiful with a dramatic mountain backdrop and azure blue skies, and the building itself is charming. The rooms are tastefully decorated with high quality amenities and free Wifi. The hotel provides breakfast, which they do in three courses - a muffin, a fruit dish and a...

We felt like we walked into a sunny paradise on grounds fit for royalty, with a beautifully appointed peaceful room poolside. The breakfast beside the 50-ft rock waterfall was exceptional. Appetizers and wine on the terrace were such a treat as well. Innkeepers Daniel and Gordon were most accommodating to our needs and made dinner reservations across the street at...

Lovely spanish style house, set against the hillside in beautiful grounds, with a large shady terrace , overlooking the town below. We stayed one night in the elegant Waterfall room, and enjoyed an excellent breakfast. Easy walking to local shopping area, and adjacent to Palm Springs Art Museum. What was most impressive however was the ambience created by the staff....

We just spent several days in The Waterfall room. The Willows is within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs and a wonderful place to just be. The staff is outstanding; the food wonderful; we were able to host two couples at the evening wine event who live in Palm Springs. They were blown away. It is incredibly private and secure,...

We enjoyed a two evening stay last week in the Loft Room. It was tranquile, luxurious and comfortable. The overall experience at The Willows is superb. The staff, breakfasts, service all are at the high level you would expect. I stayed there when it first opened in 1998 and, it is as perfectly maintained as it was then.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent two-night stay at The Willows. The car remained parked and we appreciated walking to the many restaurant options just a couple of blocks away. We loved the Rock Room, particularly the wonderful bed and the unique, natural rock element in the bathroom. The breakfasts were a special treat. The building and grounds...

The Willows is a historical walk back in time. It is a fabulous place to stay and very romantic. Located in the heart of Palm Springs and next door to one of our best French restaurants. Albert Einstein stayed here and Marian Davies (Hearst's girlfriend) bought it in 1953, but sold it in 1955. She had cancer of the jaw....

I treated my wife (and myself) to a night's stay at The Willows for her birthday. We live in Palm Springs, five minutes away from this blissful retreat nestled in the San Jacinto foothills behind the city's impressive art museum. Marion Davies once lived in this lovely, inviting Spanish revival mansion, which retains much of its original charm. Passing through...

Spent two days here earlier this week and couldn't have been more pleased. Yes it's a bit on the pricey side but if you want personal attention and not cookie cutter style accom then you have to pay for it. It's a small quiet haven only 2 blocks from the hustle and bustle of the main street of Palm Springs...
