We made our reservations several weeks in advance, but the management asked us to cancel a few days before, because of "Ongoing Renovations". It was a busy Tennis and conference weekend and Palm Springs only had motels left. We spent lots of time and money rebooking. There was not even an apology from the manager. I saw another reviewer with a similar experience. Think twice before you book!

Tanya, made a reservation however the credit card she provided declined. We require a valid credit card for all reservations. We informed Tanya that her reservation would be cancelled.

Stayed here for two nights. Booked on booking.com. Because we are not from the USA we depend on wifi spots. By accident did we get de email with passwords to enter the room because ther is no frontdesk. Location is beautiful but hard to find because there is no sign in the front. Room itself was great, loved the shower! pool also very welcome, nice temperature of the water after a hot day in town (110F). We had only one problem. As i discribted above, we depend on wifi spots. We get codes for the wifi by email, but when we tried to log on the codes did not work. After calling en texting the management a few times we get new codes for a different wifi network. Those worked but wifi was very slow and only on the left side of the bed we had enough signal to use the wifi. Other then that we had a lovely time here en we recommend this place to stay if you like to relax!

The unit was very nice but to describe this as a B&B or 3.5/4 star hotel is inaccurate. The location is convenient if you understand you will need a car and the room was very clean and decorated as portrayed in the pictures. The bedding was very cheap and we found it uncomfortable and there are NO services provided that would be expected in a B&B or 3.5/4 star hotel. There is no housekeeping and no food available - included or at additional cost.

Hello Samuel, The Chuck Palm Springs is not a B&B, It clearly says we are a boutique hotel on the hotel listing and on our website, so I'm not sure if your review is for the correct property. Also we are in the accommodation industry not the food industry. On our website you can find a number of highly recommended restaurants available and close by and in walking distance. Each suite also provides a full kitchen which our guests love. Our website clearly states under the hotel FAQ section that we are a boutique hotel and daily housekeeping is optional for a fee. We are proud to offer our guests free parking, free wifi, free long distance calling, laundry services and full kitchens and no resort fees.

We were looking to stay a few days on our two week trip to California. We actually used the apartment as a base for walks in Yoshua Tree National Park. We were also looking to do our own catering and also wanted the place to be a little bit different and personal. The place completely fulfilled these requirements. We loved it. The apartment suited us well. It is a small apartment but that is compensated by the design and the fittings. We liked the rooms, they are a bit quirky. The bed was comfortable and I loved the shower! We had plenty of everything in the apartment and did not run out. The kitchen was sufficient, with quite a big stove. It allowed us to cook easily a more complex meal. There is no dishwasher. We did not mind. Car parking was easy. There are spaces outside the fence. It was easy to park our car and food shops were quite close by too. walking. We did not use the pool or the area outside, because we came back in the dark and quite late every day. It was quiet even though all 5 apartments were booked out and certainly the car park outside was full. It could have been that the people were particularly quiet or, that the noise just did not travel. We slept well. The main part to go out in Palm Springs is relatively close by and for us who like to walk, in walking distance. It has a large selection of restaurants and shops. The downside was that the apartment was small for all the luggage we had for two weeks holidays in different climates. It probably would have sufficed if we just went to Palm Springs and not on a larger tour. We would stay again.

We came because of the reviews and found it to be exactly as stated. Very easy to find from airport and close to downtown area. Kitchen was nice with all we needed to make a breakfast and have some light meals. Pool is not heated so we did not use as it was too cold. Would be fine in the summer time though. The owner was available via emailing, extra towels provided as requested and he answered our concerns very quickly. Would stay again, only complaint is no sitting area to eat since bed and chaise lounge take up most of the space.
