My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights over 4th of July weekend. The price was very reasonable and the location was convenient to downtown. Our room was upgraded to a larger bed at no extra charge due to a cancellation which was a nice surprise. The room was quaint and decorated with an old English flair with kitchenette and a back door that leads to sitting areas in a narrow walkway that circles the rooms. The pool was simple but clean and the other guests were friendly. Tim (the owner) was super friendly and helpful. He remembered our names in the morning and made us feel very welcomed!

Just spent 3 fabulous days/evenings, at this quaint inn with authentic and beautiful southwestern charm. While the room accommodations were extremely comfortable, it was complemented with the heated pool that centered the interior courtyard, the quiet residential surroundings of the inn, the nice short walk (3 short blocks) to the center of town where you can find any restaurant you would care for and a tasty and complete continental breakfast on the outside patio each morning (with shade provided by a grapefruit, yes grapefruit!) tree. As if that was enough, it is all dwarfed by the truly top notch personal service provided by Tim and his wife who look to make every aspect of your stay as perfect as can be and is ultra helpful with information and recommendations about the area activities and restaurants. I thought the best thing about Palm Springs was the weather but I think Tim outdid himself and actually made my stay at the inn as good as the perfect weather we enjoyed. I am unsure when my next trip to Palm Springs will be but I do know where I will stay when I do return. I am looking forward to that day coming again soon.

We just spent four days at this historic inn. Tim was super accommodating and provided excellent friendly service! The inn is small, quiet and located a short walk from restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the fact that it is adult only and pet free. They provide a nice continental breakfast and we had a kitchenette in our room. Room 5 is a bit small, but quaint.

Very nice rooms, personal management, quiet guests, nice neighbourhood, walking distance to Starbucks and many nice restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. We stayed three times in six weeks in two rooms. We won’t look elsewhere when we return to Palm Springs. Both rooms had kitchenettes and fireplaces. Very comfortable. This hotel will make us look forward to returning to Palm Springs. It is the polar opposite of big noisy “scene” hotels with thumpy music at the pool with the bass seeping into the room. This is a nice, quiet place.
