The rooms were huge and had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The pool area was a hit with us all. The kids loved the activities. When can I go back? The people working there from the housekeeping to the bar people to the activities people were all very nice

Palm Canyon was a joke. Was told my room would be ready in less then an hour this was 12pm. Did not receive a call until after 4pm Opened my room door and cleaning lady was starting to clean room. Room smelled horrible. What a joke

4 of us ladies came to celebrate our birthdays. Stayed in Room 3112 in the Oasis building Nov 2 - 6. 2 bed/2 bath, spacious rooms with big slider opening to a nice size balcony and mountain views. Unfortunately there were only 2 chairs with a tiny table. There were 4 of us so sitting outside was kind of out... More

We returned for a 3rd visit in 18 months with the sole purpose of relaxing by the pool after a road trip of 4500 miles. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath apt. that was not yet refurbished. The apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds are great, 1 king and 2 singles. The decor is not up... More

I got a junior villa for two nights to celebrate my husband's birthday and our baby moon as I'm 7 months pregnant with our second daughter. If you book through Groupon just know that they will give you a crappy room without a view facing the parking lot and tell you that because you are through Groupon they can't accommodate... More

This was an overall disappointment for our family weekend. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was so basically furnished/decorated and very drab/depressing. The fridge had all necessary appliances, there were TVs and beds, but everything was clearly as cheap as possible. One bathroom had a clogged toilet--which was addressed immediately, but off-putting. The worst component was that 2 of... More

As members of the former Club Intrawest, now Embarc managed by Diamond resorts, we were intrigued by the apparent value of this resort. For those who are not familiar, Embarc resorts were developed by Intrawest, the folks who brought us Blackcomb and outstanding 5-star resorts at Whistler Mountain, Palm Desert, and Mont Tremblant. With taking Intrawest public, the company decided... More

Stayed 10-30-16 thru 11-6-16 in room 3112 in the Oasis bldg. large 2 bedroom with comfy beds. Decor was drab (brown walls) and lacking. Kitchen was nicely furnished with needed items. Had lots of trouble with remote controls not working. One bathroom only had tepid water in the shower. Worst of all were the cockroaches in bathroom and living room.... More

Used our timeshare points to book 4 days while attending a conference. Large 2 bedroom 2 bath looked brand new. Relaxing breakfast poolside. Perfect for the four of us attending a teacher conference. Wish we had more time to enjoy the resort.

Visited with my 2 kids and wife last summer on the way back from Arizona to San Diego. Exceptionally friendly staff, large clean room, and a nice pool where my kids had a blast. I would definitely return again and maybe next time stay a bit longer to fully enjoy all their facilities.
