They don’t tell you that they only have 9 spaces for 15 rooms. The entrance is on a very dark street and you have to walk half block to get in. They asked me to park on the street So many other places to stay for $450 for per night! Learn from my mistake. If you decide to stay there. I hope you hear me in the back of your head. Saying I told you so!

Went here with a couple of friends in an attempt to change up the scenery and relax for a few days. We were a bit apprehensive about staying in a hotel with COVID lurking about, but any reservations we had were quickly put to rest the minute we walked in the lobby to check-in. From the sanitized pens and remote controls to the tape across the room doors indicating no one had entered after cleaning, this place made us feel safe a welcome. The rooms were funky and fun (see pics) and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Some highlights: -good coffee in the rooms, but great Lavazza coffee and little snacks/tea each morning out by the pool -several fire pits out by the pool -wine/beer/soda for purchase on-site -comfortable beds -Apple TV (I stayed in Room 101 which had two tv’s) -good music out by pool (reggae, Sinatra, etc.) -claw foot bathtub/gorgeous bathroom -excellent security (cameras/locked gates) We had a fun stay and wouldn’t think twice about coming back to this spot again!

24 Dec. I book my room 2 days before Xmas. I received this mail two hour after because I asked early check-in: "Our check-in is 4:00PM, anytime after that is perfectly fine as well. Looking forward to seeing you!" 25 Dec. after three hours trip a staff member asked me that my room is not ready (my fault, too in advance: noon) -please come back here in a couple of hours and your room will be ready. two hours after the same staff member asked me: - are you a first responder? -no why? -we can rent a room only to a first responder GRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!! The hotel made at least three huge mistake: -why no information about Covid restriction on hotel's website? -why they didn't tell me this problem by mail? -why they didn't tell me nothing in person? horrible communication and they destroyed my Christmas... Thanks a lot Palm Springs hotel. EPIC FAIL!

As I am sure you are aware, conditions surrounding this pandemic are an ongoing challenge for us all. That being said we have reached out to Booking.com and are in complete agreement that it is the traveler's sole responsibility to check all current travel restrictions at their destination. It is simply not possible for us to pre-authorize or "vet" all travelers to our hotel. I hope you can understand the absolute necessity to follow all safety guidelines.

They asked me to park on the street even though I told them that I needed to leave at 4am every morning for work. If you’re a solo female traveler like myself I would recommend to find a place with a secure parking space. Customer service is not great, quite rude actually. I decided not to stay after I realized that I didn’t have a parking space and they don’t really enforced masks in this place. They charged me for 1 night regardless of the fact that I didn’t stay.

We also take great pride in our customer service and are horrified to hear of a rude staff member not considering your needs as our guest. We have addressed the issue with our staff and want to thank you for the opportunity for them to grow. Regarding the pandemic, we have gone to great lengths to keep our property safe and secure for our guests however, when guest are poolside we do not enforce the masks while swimming or sunbathing. My boyfriend and I came here for a couples getaway and it was the perfect place! Friendly staff (especially Deana), beautiful grounds, and the room was so cozy and romantic for us! The shower is luxurious and the bed is comfy! They are hyper attentive to guest needs and very clean and take COVID seriously which made the stay even better. We have stayed at other Palm Springs hotels before but this spot will be our go-to hotel!
