Opened in 2011 this 34 room boutique hotel, formally known as the Pepper Tree Inn, has undergone an exquisite redesign. Modern & sleek, featuring imported Italian Linens, flat screen TV's, fireplaces, poolside patios and Mountain View's. This is the third addition to Birba and Cheeky's restaurant family - making the triangle complete. Current hotel amenities include Coffee/Espresso/Tea/Juice/pastries, Townie Bikes, Business center and wireless internet throughout. Adjoining property offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails and a hotel all in the heart of the super hip uptown design district!

My family spent 3 nights here away from the crowds to unplug and relax. Rooms are very clean and well appointed for the times we are currently experiencing. All rooms surround the pool and hot tub. All employees very helpful and accommodating. We stayed in one of the 2 double Queen rooms. Plenty of room for (4) adults. They offer coffee, espresso, juice and Warm Croissants each morning. Connected to Cheekys and Birbba restaurant. Grounds are quaint and well maintained. Great overall stay and will return next time I’m in Palm Springs area.

I can’t find anything bad to say about this hotel - location, service, staff (from general manager all the way through every person at the front desk), there is a passion, kindness, chillax-ness and a spirit to serve! The rooms (& grounds) are immaculat- their Covid practices are on par and everything about the service and etiquette of this location earn the five star review I’m giving. Topped off with an awesome espresso/coffee/ mini-bar service! The pool & jacuzzi are salt water and never crowded... the courtyard is lovely, and you can walk to everting! Yup. Obsessed!

Just wrapped up another great stay at Alcazar. I stayed in a Deluxe King Poolside Room with Soaking Tub and it was PERFECT. A friend stayed in a Deluxe King with Patio and it's definitely worth the extra $$$ for the extra outdoor space. The Alcazar Team is doing an amazing job of keeping up with CV19 health and safety protocols AND holding on to the spirit of hospitality that make this hotel so special. Their location cannot be beat. Cheeky's & Birba are ONSITE, Koffi is across the street. Uptown is just steps away. LOVE that their pool is open until 12/Midnight. Respectable resort fees. Robert the GM and the entire team are what make Alcazar so special. STAY TIP: Upgrade to a room with a patio, grab take out from Birba, Chicken Ranch or Jakes and relax on your patio.

Stephanie at the front desk is the best! She is friendly, knowledgeable helpful...a total people person. Our comfort was her priority. The property is conveniently centrally located. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others...

What a wonderful find in Palm Springs. Quiet, just right for a mini vacation. The place was clean. Bed and linens were amazing. We stayed in the King suite and loved it. Robert the GM is awesome and the whole staff had great customer service. Ps. be sure to check out the Palo Verde trees in the courtyard.
