Unusual choice of finish in the rooms with white everything, including the floors. Clean, friendly staff and well appointed, Wireless internet was a bit hit and miss. We were not advised of a resort fee on check in so a charge that was on my card was questioned and later clarified in a good response time. Not a bad location... More

This is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are spacious and the pool area is fabulous. Staff were helpful and hotel is close to everything you need. Great vibe and so chilled! The breakfasts are simple but good. Great place for a relaxing few days.

Queen-bed room by the pool: Charming hotel, lots of plants and trees, sun, shade. Friendly staff. Quiet. Several areas to relax in: by the pool, near the pool, by the "water" wall, which is very relaxing and a great place to take the breakfast coffee and pastries.

My husband and I stayed for a Saturday night and had an incredibly relaxing weekend. This is the place to come to relax, chill by the pool, read a good book and meet some fun people. The hotel is clean and the staff makes you feel like home.

Superb. We booked for 2 nights and loved it. We decided to stay a 3 night which the hotel was over run by a group of 50+ women who were carrying on like they were 22. Eating in the pool, loud, drinking. 4 out of 5

We have just finished our second and longer stay at the Alcazar. The place is a great hotel/motel, call it what you will but it is a great relaxing atmosphere where you can keep your self to yourself or make new friends around the pool, everybody seems likeminded and happy to respect either. Our room this year was smaller than... More

We booked this hotel this year as our normal hotel was fully booked. Wow what a great find. The rooms are a little on the smaller size but we'll appointed and clean. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of shade when it is 113 degrees. All the staff are super friendly and the whole hotel and grounds feels loved... More

Found this hotel a couple of years ago and have been back several times. It's on the main drag going into Palm Springs - close enough to walk to everything but far enough away so you don't hear any noise. That said, there's really no need to leave - there's a fridge in your room to keep drinks so you... More

We really, really enjoyed your hotel. We have been to PS many times, but this was the most rewarding, relaxing trip ever. Everyone with whom we came in contact was great: from front desk to housekeeping to construction workers. We really appreciated how peaceful it was, but we know that might not happen in the future, but man. What a... More

We have stayed at this location for two years, and tried to reserve a third year prior to our checkout. We were told that the dates we wanted for 2017 were okay but the rates would not be finalized for a couple of months (roughly May or June). Based on that, we decided to wait to see that the rates...
