We have stayed at many resorts in Palm Springs, but we at last found a total winner that we will return to every time we go to Palm Springs. Adam, the general manager, is wram, gracious and so helpful. The decor is minimalist, but the service and friendliness is maximalist. Guests were mature and respectful of quietude. It was a faultless experience. The mattresses are Beautirest Black Napa which are topnotch. The continental breakfasts and complimentary lunches cannot be beat, as was the 24/7 canteen with lots of goodies. The landscaping and design are first rate, as was the sheltered pool and hottub. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Rarely does a resort exceed the beauty of their marketing photos. Twin Palms definitely does this.
It is clear they thought through all the details for a tremendous guest experience. Details such as no ‘housekeeping’ cleaning carts seen on the complex. They discretely use subtle ‘carryon’ style bags to transport cleaning tools. Consistent monitoring of the pool area to be sure used towels or empty containers are removed promptly. There is never a shortage of clean pool towels. Even the plastic glassware they use keeps with the overall feel of the resort
The staff is very attentive and yet not overwhelming the guests. Always a smile and friendly hello as you pass, always willing to answer a question or fulfill your need. We arrived quite a few hours ahead of check-in time and Adam was so very helpful. He held our bags, suggested places for lunch (within walking distance) and then provided us with a space to change into our swimsuits while we waited for our room (all with a big smile!). When our room was ready, Adam then delivered our bags to the room for us!
Breakfast is wonderful – not a typical continental ‘make your toast’ kind of breakfast, but one where they offer a variety of fruits, dairy, pastries and bread all served to you all by another smiling, welcoming staff member. Lunch is also very good – a wide selection of salads and sandwiches delivered to the resort each day.
Rooms are well designed and very comfortable with amenities like snacks and water. Bathrooms are also very clean. The shower was amazing and huge! The patio area is a welcome surprise! The pool and pool area are kept very clean – never a piece of litter is ever seen.
All in all, a wonderful experience in a great location with incredible views! The environment is beautiful but takes second place to the incredible staff! Adam and his team are amazing and truly take Twin Palms from 5-stars to 10-stars.
See you next year!

Twin Palms
I recently had the privilege and the pleasure of staying at the newly minted Twin Palms in Palm Springs. This is the third of the triumphant collection of resorts complementing the original splendid Santiago and their decadent and divine Descanso. This trio is simply magical, bearing similar high-end protocol with slightly different fruity citrus coloring (orange, lime and lemon). While I left my heart with the first couple, Twin Palms is like that tempting third who seems happy to join the party. It is fully refurbished with a sparkling wet area (including outside shower), lemon yellow umbrellas and pool towels, and upgraded spacious marble walk in showers (wink). Breakfast and lunch are included so ones only concern is what to do about dinner and when to join the pool party. The staff are truly delightful and Adam definitely aims to please, but of course I will never forget my first (Kent from Santiago who now managed Descanso). Along with Charles (now at Santiago) and their illustrious assistant managers.
Even the highest maintenance of gay men will feel
like we should (royalty). I hesitated to post this as the clamering for reservations at Twin Palms can be heard across the desert valley but perhaps there will be a fourth (ruby red grapefruit?) to satisfy our insatiable need for something new and exciting or yield to our collective and growing desire for rest and recreation.

This was our first time at Twin Palms Resort, we are partners going on ten years and needed a vaca in sunny Palm Springs. We chose this hotel after researching all the other gay only resorts in Palm Springs. Trust me, THIS is where you wanna stay!! We are already planning our return after such a perfect and fun time here! Here are our thoughts on why we fell in love with Twin Palms…
The Resort: This mid century modern resort is new, clean and perfectly designed. We loved the yellow themed pool area which always had comfy lounges to sunbath on and incredible views of the mountains. Our room was super clean, comfy King bed, modern sexy marble bathroom with skylight over the shower, and bar counter area which we stocked the fridge for morning mimosas and nightly cocktails. The décor was chic and colorful, and we enjoyed meeting men from all around and made some friends.
The Service: The staff here was incredible! Always around to clean up pool towels and any trash, the pool area was always spotless!! They passed out water bottles poolside at the peak of the hot sun, and greeted you with smiles throughout the day. There were free mimosas on Sunday morning, wine socials in the evening, and we always felt safe and well cared for.
The Food: They provide a wonderful breakfast and lunch of your choice in the “Canteen” area by the pool, which was always delicious, fresh and very relaxing to start the day. This provided great value for our hotel rate! Also by not having to leave to go get food. They also stocked waters, sodas, and juice to enjoy throughout the hot day.
The location: We liked that the resort was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The mountain views were beautiful and we took advantage of the bike rentals they had to bike around the super cute neighborhood one day. We didn’t rent a car, we mostly walked to get liquor, groceries, restaurants, day hikes and even the gay bars weren’t far. Uber and Lyfts were super easy when needed.
Thank you Twin Palms Resort for the perfect vaca we needed !
We WILL be coming back soon. This resort is an A++

Adam and his team made our stay at Twin Palms utterly amazing! The attention to detail demonstrated by the team was 5 star, those little extras like ice creams and vino pulls them apart from their competitors, the team could not do enough for us!
The rooms are fresh and uncomplicated, breakfast and lunch included along with access to snacks and drinks is something we have never experienced in a Gay resort and we have visited plenty in Europe!
If we ever end up in Palm Springs again, Twin Palms will be on the list!

Our second Twin Palms stay. Both visits were fantastic. The vibe is midcentury, but the service and amenities rival any in Palm Springs.
The rooms are bright and functional, the marble baths are big and chic, and the grounds are elegant. The breakfast and lunch are a nice addition, and they allow guests to spend the day lounging by the pool or exploring the nearby architecture on foot or by bike (Twin Palms, Indian Canyons and Deepwell are a short walk or ride away).
Both times, we chose a king room with back patio. Though not super functional, it’s nice being able to open the back door for fresh air and light.
The pool and large hot tub are fantastic, with enough space around them to lounge in the sun or shade. Overall, there is seamless integration between indoor and outdoor spaces, and there really isn’t a bad room location. The outside fire pit is a fun place to meet other guests, and having 24-hour access to filtered water (and cookies) is a sweet touch.
Kudos to Adam, Robert and the entire team for creating a lovely holiday experience.

As I expected from the same company that already manages two other excellent gay male resorts in Palm Springs, my first stay at Twin Palms will certainly not be my last. The staff is great. The design is gorgeous. The amenities are truly treats. Details like: robes in the closet, dual shower heads in a big simple shower, small sitting area hedged in behind each room, comfortable bed, big pool area that seems to have a never-ending supply of towels, 24-hour access to a canteen with refreshments, served hot/cold breakfast, lunch ordered and delivered from a local gourmet deli-type restaurant, and more fine attention to details that make even a short weekend stay feel luxurious. The location is a bit south of the main drag of the city, but that makes it feel more private and secluded and I appreciated that even when the place was sold out, the small number of rooms and surrounding neighborhood felt calm and quiet.

A truly exceptional property. Excellent attention to detail throughout.
The rooms are all well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Our bathroom was GIGANTIC and I loved the big shower.
I really appreciated all of the small details, especially the open pantry full of cold beverages and little snacks, and the daily continental breakfast and lunch! Lots of options to pick from and just an added bonus to help you keep enjoying your time by the pool with your friends (or the new friends that you make while there!) since you don't need to worry about putting on any clothing and venturing out to get lunch (unless you want to).
But one of the true highlights of the Twin Palms are the amazing staff - they all did such an amazing job of helping us have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Special thank you Adam and Robert, as well as all the other guest support staff they helped keep the property spotless and fully stocked so that they guests could just kick back, relax and enjoy!
The property is clean and quiet, providing a tranquil oasis to relax and enjoy the desert sunshine.
I can't wait to return!!

I have stayed at Santiago Resort in the past, and Twin Palms certainly lives up to the high expectations the management of this resort group is known for. From a welcome text on the flight in to check out, everything was seamless and top-notch. I traveled for business for many years across the world, and would rank the service of this staff easily in the top three of any hotels or resorts I have stayed in. If you are looking to come to Palm Springs and unwind, Twin Palms would be hard to beat. I look forward to coming back soon!

We have been going to Palm Springs as a group for over a decade now and were bummed when our usual place made some unwelcomed changes. These changes ended up being in our favor as we booked at Twin Palms. The entire experience was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are clean, new, modern, and have all amenities you could need. There is a small fridge, which was handy to store drinks and snacks. The pool, and hot tub, are large and warmed to a welcoming temperature. I loved the fire pit, which allows you to still enjoy the outdoors in the evening even if you don't want to get in the hot tub, The resort also offers bikes (go explore the neighborhoods near by!), a satisfying breakfast, and great lunch options. The big draw though has to be the staff as they are beyond exceptional. They are friendly, attentive, and walk around with a smile on their face. They are constantly tidying the place up, offering you poolside waters and popsicles, and catering to your every need. Our entire group was pleasantly surprised with this gem and 100% will come back. Keep up the excellent work, Twin Palms!
