It was our first time to Palm Springs and I struggled to find the best clothing optional resort from my online research. The Santiago was definitely the right choice. The facility is beautiful, the staff (John Michael and Nigel) were amazing and the vibe of the resort was perfect. There was a great blend of young and old and everyone...

Santiago Resort is the most comfortable accommodation for my husband and I in Palm Springs. Close to downtown and my favorite hiking trails, Santiago's staff and clientele make it easy to enjoy gay Palm Springs without the loud party atmosphere you might encounter elsewhere.

I've started shopping around for a new resort to frequent and decided to give Santiago a try. The resort has a great layout, nice pool and relaxing hot tub. The included breakfast and lunch are a nice touch and proper pool chair cushions were greatly appreciated. Staff were accommodating, but didn't seem interested in getting to know the customers. Housekeeping...

Thanks for taking the time to write us up. We encountered a scheduling issue during that week that caused our room services to be pushed later in the afternoon. We have fixed that error and are back on schedule. We completely understand the need for earlier housekeeping and won't run into that issue again. I hope you decide to return!

We didn't have the best of weather while we were in Palm Springs. It was cold and rainy but the Service and the atmosphere at the Santiago was warm and inviting and the hot tub was, well hot. Friendly Staff, great breakfast and lunch.

I'm glad you were able to hunker down with us and enjoy the weather. I wish I could promise better weather next time but the chances are good!

Wow, what a difference to "All Worlds" , a clean, tidy, boutique style resort. Heated pool, and the best of all is a real breakfast and lunch are complimentary. I would be back in a heartbeat. And the prices are the same. The pictures say it all. Thank you so much John and all your staff.

We spent a week at Santiago Resort between Christmas and over New Years. As soon as you arrive you can feel the relaxed atmosphere around the pool. The rooms are very nicely appointed. We stayed in a King room upstairs which overlooked the mountains as well as the resort grounds and pool area. We really appreciated the provided breakfast and...

The Buzz trolley is awesome! Our guests use it all the time. It's the best way to do weekends in PS.

Palm Springs for New Year is always a lovely experience but staying at Santiago Resort made it that much better. My hubby and I stayed there many times in the past but this was the first time since it had new owners. The place is greatly improved. The rooms have been redecorated and are now very comfortable and stylish. The...

This resort delivered overall satisfaction to our holiday stay. Clean room and well maintained grounds, including pool and jacuzzi. Great snacks available all day and fresh light breakfast food each morning. The best part was the preorder of a tasty lunch sandwich which was a great touch. So why not 5 or even 4 stars? The pricing was definitely on...

I'm very glad you bring up these details. Room location is one of the most frequent questions we field. Hopefully this review will help other guests avoid a location they might not want. I bet the holiday weekend might have constrained your decision. It's awesome that you could still enjoy the rest of your experience. I would avoid any of...

This was our first stay at Santiago Resort and we were very pleased; from Checkin to Checkout, the experience was fantastic. You should be very proud of your employees, every single employee was welcoming, polite, and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good, the coffee was delicious and having it...

We have been coming to PS for over 12 years and have just discovered Santiago. It is the perfect oasis in the desert. Poolside lunches, a friendly staff, lack of pretentiousness and clean and comfortable rooms make it our new "home away from home" in Palm Springs.
