You can't go wrong at Santiago. It has nice grounds, great rooms, friendly attentive service and lunch! There's also a fantastic fire pit that is a great place to meet the other guests and share a drink. The mountain views are excellent - particularly from the upper rooms. I've stayed at most of the gay resorts in Palm Springs and... More

I flew all the way to Palm Springs from Australia and on the recommendations of friends chose to stay at Santiago Resort .Any expectations I had were well and truly exceeded. This is a very special place . The Managers and staff were extremely friendly and helpful and yet delightfully unobtrusive . The resort is set in beautiful gardens at... More

We've stayed at several Palm Springs resorts in the past, this one is now our favorite. The rooms are simple but very tastefully done. The staff were very accomodating. What was really nice, was that there were snacks in the room and a cantina with drinks available 24/7. In addition to having a daily continental breakfast, you can sign up... More

Stayed in room 106 for 2 nights (3 days) this week. Never been before and to be honest I am not a Palm Springs fan. Well, my partner dragged me out there and I must say that it was the best time I've ever had in Palm Springs. The included lunch is perfect so one doesn't have to leave and... More

Ha! You're not the first person we've converted to a lover of Palm Springs! It's not for everyone, especially in the summer. But when you have the right mix of men, good AC and a clear view of the mountains, you're in for a treat. More

Bottom line - clean, quiet and great service. I have stayed at several PS resorts and hands down -- Santiago gets a 10. First of all - the price. I booked at a very reasonable rate for the quality of service I received. The room was large and clean. The pool is very large with plenty of comfortable loungers and... More

Just stayed 3 nights at The Santiago. They emailed me today asking for a Trip Advisor review, so here you go. I'll start with the good. The property is pretty and well maintained. The manager John was extremely friendly at check in, which was very much appreciated. A light breakfast is included, and it was particularly nice to see lunch... More

Thanks for taking the time to write us up. This kind of input is crucial! Just a couple of points: Since the hotel is not staffed overnight, the pool towels can sometimes get all used up. However, each day, we make sure there are two towels placed in each room to make sure you have something for that midnight swim.... More

Chose this resort based on reviews here. We were not disappointed, and we will return. The grounds were well kept, the room was large and comfortable, (with a microwave, safe and fridge) and the staff was pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work.
