This hotel was everything it was advertised to be and more from the wonderful amenities to the top-notch level of service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Palm Springs area in the near future.

The Santiago resort was a tranquil place to relax in Palm Springs (at least when I was there between Thanksgiving and Christmas). The staff was extremely friendly and the resort was well maintained. With pool, hot tub, fire pit, breakfast and box lunch included, there is no need to leave during the day for those who are so inclined.

This isn't the place for you if you are looking for a wild and crazy time. But if you appreciate a beautiful courtyard, good-sized pool, excellent hot tub, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, you will like this place. Very helpful staff. Our room was spacious, with two queen beds, and we had no complaints about the bathroom or shower....

Thanks for taking the time to write us up! You're right, we like to keep things pretty chill here.

Santiago Resort was a fantastic stay in Palm Springs as a gay men's clothing optional spot. It was the most expensive of three places we stayed on this trip trying out different hotels of this kind. It was the nicest, classiest and cleanest with the most friendly staff (all of them were great but Nigel was super helpful). The courtyard...

We visit Palm Springs every month to escape the Seattle rain, and our regular place wasn't available so we tried Santiago. We'll never go back. It's just the right size...not too big, not too small. The interior courtyard space is beautiful...well landscaped and great views. Pool and jacuzzi are perfect and well-maintained. The firepit is a great place to relax...

Back again for our yearly visit and pleasantly surprised by a few of the updates such as the fire pit and the new breakfast tables. The pool and spa temperatures were perfect and with the great weather the pool was certainly the place to be during the day. The lunches are still a highlight of this place and it is...

We absolutely love to have you back! We had a schedule issue overtake us that week which caused our housekeeping to be delayed. Thankfully, that has been fixed. Unfortunately, we have phased out our laundry service. During our renovation process, the guest coin-op laundry had to be removed. Over the first year, we offered laundry service to our return guests...

We'll run and quiet; good place to relax rather than party; appreciated the available snacks and drinks, and the friendliness of the staff. Room pretty comfortable, tho lighting could be better, and pool is kept at right temperature

Had a nice 4 night stay earlier this month. The pool is large with plenty of lounge chairs in the sun and shade. Enjoyed the fire pit when it was a bit chilly. The towels and linens were first rate which is important, pillows not so much. They have lunch to order from a deli which helps if you are...

Thanks for taking the time to write us up, Jerry. We had to iron out a scheduling issue that effected the timing of the housekeeping that week. However, I'll take the opportunity to say, on average our rooms are serviced around 2-3pm. There are several reasons why we don't host happy hour, chiefly for legal and alcohol restrictions. Beyond that,...

This was by far one of the best hotel I've stayed in. It is a small hotel. But with fantastic amenities. It was nice and peaceful. the other guests was pleasant to socialize with. And the staff was incredible this will definitely be the place I stay if I am ever in Palm Springs. And after the experience I had...

Overall, I give Santiago Resort a very good review. Our room was quiet and well located for us (room 111). The morning breakfast and daily lunch was wonderful (and more than we expected). The views are some of the best at a Palm Springs Resort. We would most definitely stay there again. My only complaint would be some of the...

I'm very glad you had an overall good time. I'm sorry about our housekeeping schedule that week. We had to work out a few kinks with timing. I am very open to hearing more specifics about staff members you may have had issue with...including myself. We use all our feedback as learning experiences. We just want you to be as...
