We've been wanting to stay at the Parker for what feels like forever, and it did not disappoint. Aaron, Ricardo, and Gloria at the front desk, in particular, were excellent – though I'm sure they have guests celebrating birthdays every day, Aaron flipped out upon hearing that it had been my boyfriend's the day prior, as though this was some... We thought this place would be really classy, were in our mid 30's and normally stay at the ACE, but it has become to busy for us, so we thought we would stay at the Parker. The bar was beautiful and the grounds were amazing, but our room was not anything I would ever stay in again. Don't get me... More

We went to dinner at Mister Parker's for my birthday last year and knew we had to come back and stay at the property. Fast forward to August 2016. We were in need of a weekend getaway and found a great deal for a Deluxe room (and never pass up the opportunity for staycations to keep our SPG status). This... More

Our stay at the Parker Palm Springs was quite memorable and relaxing. Our room was nicely appointed with comfortable chairs, table and large patio area with settee, bistro table & chairs plus hammock. I was very impressed! Both pool areas, one for children and one for adults had comfortable seating areas with umbrellas for shade! The property is lavishly landscaped... More

Just a very cool property! Room was huge, grounds are amazing - the decor fantastic! The bathrooms are a little dated (but they are large). Our patio was huge with a groovy hammock. On-site food and beverage choices were great. We prefer boutique hotels and this one did not disappoint! The only area that really needs an upgrade is the... More

The great thing about the Parker is, inspite of the fact that it's been around a while, the management/owners invest in updating and keeping the rooms looking good. Rat pac era style, totally eclectic mid century that we loved. However, if you are there on weekend in the summer be warned. It's a mosh pit! People get their party on!

Plat100. Stayed last weekend on a special spa credit deal for my wife's birthday. I tried to use SNA to upgrade but was told this hotel doesn't offer that on some rates -- even though I booked with SPG. Ok. Then my Platinum Concierge emailed me to ask if it's a special ocassion. I told them it was my wife's... More

I stayed here as I had to kill time over a weekend when over in California. August not the best time to visit in the heat and as it was, the temperature reading was 44degrees c at 5.30pm. But I had a great stay. The room was up to a high standard, the pool area well maintained and attentive staff,... More

Having read some of the recent and not so favorable reviews, I have to say I had a very different impression. We arrived to scorching temperatures (112 F) in July and stayed for one night. design-wise alone, this is certainly one of the most interesting hotels I have ever seen- part retro/50s, part quirky and always surprising. The rooms are... More

Only a family friend's wedding would get any normal person to come to PS in the end of July at 112 degrees and stay at the site of the wedding location. After seeing the price and hearing the hype about this "big name" designer "Retro" renovation my expectations were on alert. I probably wouldn't even write this if it wasn't... More

Dear Jeannine F, I get the distinct impression you didn't want to be in Palm Springs at all. Perhaps another visit when 'normal' people choose to be here would also present a different impression of the Parker. Mindset can certainly change perception. I hope you find another opportunity to come and experience the destination when it is more appealing to... More
