We stopped at this hotel as part of our West Coast Road Trip. There was one issue and that was sadly we were only here for one night! The hotel from the minute you arrive is very grand, with an impressive lobby entrance. We were swiftly checked in and opted to self park (which sadly comes at quite a high... More

Myself and a friend spent one night at the Renaissance Palm Springs to break up our drive from Los Angeles to Phoenix. The property is very well looked after and the grounds are beautiful. The pool was large and very nice with lots of loungers and space for guests to spread out and relax. We were upgraded on check in... More

The property was beautiful, rooms were clean and spacious. The free shuttle that takes you to downtown was so handy. Every staff member we came in contact with was polite and pleasant. The lobby and pool area are gorgeous. Drinks at the bar were a little pricy ($14 for a small, ice packed Johnny Walker Black)

Despite the days I chose to visit, the hotel literally thrombosed with visitors from all over the world, the car and attention to detail were first rate, parking was available, and services within the hotel ran as if there was only one guest: me. I had a toilet valve that would not shut off. One phone call brought a building... More

Stayed here for 5 nights, really nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Disappointed in check in, found the staff inattentive, talking to each other while checking me in. Shuttle did not pick me up at the airport even though I called three times. Housekeeping and concierge very helpful

Love this property - have been back multiple times and will continue to come back - when properly is almost full the infrastructure struggles a bit - easy to work around. Only 3 elevators - you end up very cozy - parking also becomes a challenge Love the proximity to downtown Palm Springs and the large room sizes

My most disappointing Palm Springs experience! I selected this hotel based on the reviews and I've never experienced such incorrect reviews! The room was blah, outdated (obnoxious AND ripped carpet) and smelled of years old blends of must and smoke. We asked for another room (which I never do) and was told they were completely sold out (which they were... More

I stayed at this hotel for a three day conference. I had an upgrade to a Junior Suite, which featured a working area with a desk and a second television. The bedroom was very comfortable with several electrical outlets for recharging phones and laptops. The conference rooms are located around the central courtyard and near the restaurant and bar facilities.... More
