This was a last minute, same day booking to get away from the smoke in LA. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice - what a great find! Hesitant to rave about it because we want to keep it a secret, but everything, from the welcome Spritzer and love beads, room, service, food, drinks, amenities and ambience far exceeded our expectations. We booked a ‘better’ room which was on the ground floor and spacious with a small kitchen area. Awesome central location on a quiet street away from the crowds and relaxed pool area with retro music. Cowshed toiletries from Somerset were an added bonus for me being from England and we appreciated the colorful decor. The housekeeper even caught up with us at checkout because we had left a couple of items in the room! Everyone was very friendly including the guests - such a great vibe... We will definitely be back.

Usually rent a house when we go to Palm Springs but as inventory was low around Labor Day, we tried out the Holiday House. Amazing staff and service, along with tasty food at the restaurant. Pool was lovely and the room super comfortable with a nice view of the mountains (we had a Best Room). During the pandemic, the rooms are not serviced on a regular basis unless you request it - it was super clean when we arrived so we decided not to get service during our visit. Had dinner in the restaurant our first night there and the food was spectacular - had a Salmon special that was amazing and my husband had what he said was the best impossible burger he has ever had. Breakfast is provided by the hotel (either in the restaurant or in to-go boxes) and we ate lunch there once and then once by the pool. We brought our dog with us and he was treated very well. You can bring your pup to the pool - just needs to stay with you and on leash all the time. Overall, Holiday House was our first pandemic trip and they made us feel safe and comfortable throughout. Will definitely keep his on our list for future trips.

The Holiday House is a beautifully blue decorated hotel. The staff are so friendly and on arrival it was refreshing to receive a glass of champagne. Our room had amazing artwork and the bed was so comfortable. The pool is very chill and not overcrowded which was perfect and the staff are always on hand to take your drink and food orders. I highly recommend this hotel. You will have an amazing experience.

What makes the Holiday House so unique? It is a entire experience. Starting from check in the customer service has been above and beyond without fail every time I have stayed. As a seasoned traveler this level of service is rare. From the welcome back that we get to the complimentary welcome cocktail. Not only will the direct you to your room the will escort as well. They have luggage service that is a tradition that has gone by the wayside at most properties. The attention to all the small things sets them apart. They have an ice cream cart by the pool and a little store all on the honor system. The poolside service is wonderful as well. If you get a chance to stay at this property take it! Trust me you won’t forget it.

Hands down this is one of THE BEST properties in P.S. Beautiful grounds, iconic location, high-end guest rooms, wonderful staff, delicious cuisine. They have a charging station for your EV car. COVD: Very safe, only a 2-story hotel, no interior hallway or elevator required. Our 6th visit and looking forward to our next.
